I was the one though who had to arrange this to be done and so phoned around to get a few quotes. As these guys gave the best price they got the job and so a time and date was arranged for the fitter to come out. The young lad that came out was on time and was very pleasant (a damn site more than I would be at that time in the morning) and very quickly got to work. It was a really manky day with sleet and a fierce wind, plus a aerial that had been up on the roof since the 1950's so the guy really did have a struggle and a job that would usually take around 20 minutes ended up taking over a hour and a half so I fully expected to have to pay a lot more than what was quoted. No the price on the phone was the price I paid so for that and the fact the fitter was so pleasant I would highly recommend these people.

What I thought might be a really straightforward job turned out to be a nightmare in terms of accessing the building to install the equipment. I genuinely thought that we would have to give up the idea and try alternative methods of watching tv (Sky etc). However, Rob's incredible commitment to "get the job done" was breath taking. He just refused to be beaten and tried all sorts of ideas before finally cracking the problem. What a credit to the company he is. The finished job is spotless, tidy and works like a charm.
