They tried calling my phone at 3:30pm and as i didn't answer they cancelled my visit. Spoke with the headoffice guys who then arrange for the guy to come out the same afternoon which would be 4 hours late! the site advertises no call out fee and only pay when they know what the fix is, then told on the phone that there is a call out fee of £20! not only that but they also advertise an onsite repair and will only take it away if they can't repair onsite. They planned to come collect my TV instead of looking at it onsite. They think i am going to let them walk off with my £800 TV?? DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!

As these guys gave the best price they got the job and so a time and date was arranged for the fitter to come out. The young lad that came out was on time and was very pleasant (a damn site more than I would be at that time in the morning) and very quickly got to work. It was a really manky day with sleet and a fierce wind, plus a aerial that had been up on the roof since the 1950's so the guy really did have a struggle and a job that would usually take around 20 minutes ended up taking over a hour and a half so I fully expected to have to pay a lot more than what was quoted. No the price on the phone was the price I paid so for that and the fact the fitter was so pleasant I would highly recommend these people.
