BUYER BEWARE ***** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I was referred to this husband and wife team because I prefer to keep my business local instead of the large chains for a simple window tint and basic roof wrap. WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!!! They couldn't deliver what they promised. The wrapping came out terrible and had to be redone by another company. After paying them to get my car back and with much frustration, I found Chuck & Ashley at CRD Wraps in the same industrial park. A small family owned business doing the exact same work as A Xpert Window Tinting only 10X better. Night and day!! Educated me that the original company used the wrong product which had to be removed and redone. CRD did a fantastic job. The difference in professionalism and attention to detail goes beyond words. Dropped my car off at 8AM and had it back by 3PM same day where the first company took 4 days to complete. UNACCEPTABLE!!! When I approached them for a partial refund but they did nothing but avoid and blamed me the customer. These people will do shoddy work. Do your self a favor and don't waste your time and money!!! read more

Right when I walk in, a woman greeted me and treat me like family, she gave me the TV remote and treat it like it was my house. I went there twice one for my car and my wife car and both time it was done Amazing job, Scott is a master using 3M and once he finish tinting he washed my cars and hand dry with the help of his kids. Small waiting room but enough for a few customers. Horrible price. For my minivan they were $100 higher priced than Tint World quote for tint material of the same quality. The people there seem nice but I would not go unless you want to spend more than you need to. I welcome their response and will reconsider and update my review if they decide to price their job competitively because I would rather use a local shop instead of a national chain. Had my windows tinted here and was very pleased with both the quality of work and the customer service. They were also very knowledgeable when explaining the options and were not pushy or trying to up sell me to the more expensive package (like most places do). The building is a little hard to find but they were very patient with me when I got lost and had to call for directions. You really can't beat the level of service you get from a small business as opposed to a larger company. I will be sending friends and family here for all their tint needs! read more

Full disclosure, I just needed my two front car windows tinted. That out of the way, I have to say I really enjoyed my experience at Xpert. Family owned and operated shop with all the best stuff. They had exactly what I was looking for, 3M films and Computer/Laser cut film. No blades on the windows, all done perfectly and quickly at a reasonable price.
