We have a house in Laurel and Daniel did the electric blinds throughout the house. Very expensive but we love them, well 85% of them. About that percentage of the binds in the house are wonderful, but one room has two blinds that do not work correctly and when the valances were cut they were cut too short so they fall off the brackets. I have called him, and like the other reviews he said he would come and make it right. But, to-date has not only not returned my calls but now his voice mail box is full and I noted he called me back to see who had called him and when I said hello and my name he hung up. Not very professional Daniel.
I trusted him and paid him for the work that is not yet done, believing he would do the right thing and complete the job and complete it with the same attention he gave to the rest of the house. I even felt bad for him as he contracted COVID, so did not pressure him to get this done but it has now been over a year. I still have my fingers crossed and if he comes and makes it right upgrading this review will be the first thing I do. read more
