i have been buying watches and jewellery from this shop for over six years now and have found them…read morevery reliable ..so much so I have even invested in a few diamond pieces from them. The shop assistants are very friendly and have a ready smile on while serving. The only drawback is that there are very little new items added on and whenever I go the same old stuff seems to be on display. one can also grab a good bargain on their frequent half-priced sales . The only item you won't find are belly-button rings and nose-studsnot sure if that is for health and safety reasons though.

They sell all sorts of unique stufff some of which are ethnic-wear. Mostly the pieces are very pretty as they are expensive too but if you somethng different you can buy it from this shop as they only have a particular design in very few copies. This vile shop run by slimey Darren and his gobby wife, took my son's gold bracelet that was given…read moreto him by his late Grandfather, for a simple repair on 4th Oct, when I went to collect it a week ago they claimed to have LOST it, they made excuse after excuse, they never once rang me as they had said they would and stopped answering their phone, so I went into the shop, I was told the phone line was playing up, yet while I was there they recieved a call, they told me they wanted to check CCTV footage to make sure the bracelet had not been collected, even though I had the reciept and they had no record of any collection. and again I was put off untill Monday (yesterday) when I went to the shop yesterday I found it close, so I checked with the Pentagon management and was told the family were all ill, and that no one had requested to view any CCTV footage, Darren was rung by the receptionist and spoke to me, he assured me that he would open the shop at 9.30am the following day and that the family had a sickness bug, however the store remained closed, the management at the Pentagon rang me back to tell me that the shop was now NOT going to re-open, and gave me Darrens mobile number, when I called him he hung up on me and now won't answer. I would like to warn people of these lowlifes but unfortunately they have gone and will probably open up somewhere else and do the same again. I know other people have jewellery in that shop waiting to be collected, they showed me when they lost the bracelet. I guess all of that will now also be LOST. They are VILE LYING SCUM I can't imagine that they have done this just to avoid me, there must be other people who have had their jewellery LOST, If you are one of those please contact the police as I have done, they have told me this is a civil matter and they won't help me but if others come forward maybe they will do something.

I really like this jewellers in Gillingham High Street. They are not like a big company jewellers…read moresothey sell lots of things you dont see in the other shops. They sometimes have sme nice bits of secondhand jewellery which you can get at a cheaper price than buying it brandnew. They do repairs and can solder charms on bracelets and they do a good job. They sell lots of gifts in there too like photo frames and christening gifts. They also have watch straps.

They sell all kinds of jewellery and gifts plus they have some nice clocks in there too. If you want something and they dont have it they will look in their catalogue for you and order it in as it is a small shop and they dont always have everything in stock at once.
