The pastries and service were delicious. While they do not have indoor seating, it was very pleasant to sit outside on the sidewalk and people-watch. We tried three different pastries: a plantain pudding pastry, a fruity meringue pastry, and a very unique peanut butter and chapulines cruffin. All were excellent. My only piece of constructive feedback is regarding the payment process. We had to pay for the pastries separately from the coffee, which made the experience less smooth. It would be much more convenient if everything could be paid for on a single check. Overall, it was a wonderful spot!

When I asked to return the extra pastry, I was flatly told no -- no explanation, no attempt to fix it. Pricing was on par with NYC, but the service didn't match. When I raised it as feedback, staff seemed unwilling to engage at all. As a tourist, that lack of response made an avoidable situation worse. Probably won't be back on future trips to CDMX

As one reviewer stated, the food is not the best, but the dishes are solid and we'll certainly be back to try other items from the large menu. The enchiladas divorciadas were tasty, if not stellar. The green sauce was nice with just a little kick. The antigua salsa was not as flavorful. We got some of their spicier red sauce. The matzo ball soup had well seasoned consommé. The matzo balls were a little hard and dense. As another reviewer commented, they were also not warmed through. The refillable coffee is a delight. Service is friendly and helpful. There's outdoor seating, but beware of constant soliciting. Indoors is a bit noisy, but the old school diner vibe is pleasant. Overall a good value, considering prices in Polanco.

The service was fast, and friendly. The coffee shop was really clean, and comfortable with plush seating in an indoor/outdoor setting. The outdoors area was formed by glass walls separating the outdoors area which can be closed off with a rolling garage door. I really liked this coffee shop! I hope to return!
