The office in Brownsville is very good in answering their phones, but they can not help because it's the Brownsville Office, and I understand that. But what is happening with Edinburg's office, are you short of staff, the reason I am calling is because there is always a mistake with the meds, wrong label, wrong milligrams, refiles not sent on time, so we have to call but how can we call and explain what's happening if no one is answering the phones,, People pick up the phone

He also would not stop talking about ai when I told him on my very first session that it gave me the creeps. I even brought a presentation I made to discuss my main anxiety and let him know about it the previous week so he would be ready. By the time I was to show it to him, he spent almost half an hour showing my fun things I could do with PowerPoints instead of letting me discuss it. In the end all he did was make my problems worse. I highly advise anyone to stay away and look for someone who actually knows what he's doing.

Instead Ms. Avila based it on as she said "because someone from her past" said she wasn't a good candidate for it. She has never seen anyone via Telemed and it wasn't until I questioned her reasoning that she stated it was because my daughter wouldn't open up. The initial appointment was for Telemed but they never sent the link to my email. How is that our fault?! She offered to refer her out vs giving my daughter a chance and then if it didn't work out, suggest in person. I spoke to the administrator but she was under the impression it was due to my daughter not opening up (of course as per Ms. Avila) which wasn't what was told to me. Needless to say, we will be seeing someone else at another facility. **PLEASE NOTE: ** My daughter sees Dr. Stromberg for medication management and is 10/10 but he is at the Nolana location and this rating should in no way reflect poorly on that location (exceptional office.)
