I ONLY stayed at the preschool because her staff was EXCELLENT, but once one staff member left after 14 years from the preschool things changed, instead of Mrs.Friends wishing her well, she wrote a highly unprofessional departure email. In that email Mrs. Friends spoke poorly of that staff member & sent it to the parents of the children attending the preschool. Mrs. Friends did not stop there she also harassed her while at work on her last days & even told her to not come back to finish her 2 weeks. This preschool has seen countless amounts of teachers come and go because of Mrs. Friends poor and unfair treatment of them. If they stood up to Mrs. Friends she quickly pushed them out. These were teachers and aids that ACTUALLY cared about the kids. The last straw for me was when my disabled ( epileptic) daughter was left at her school after I had communicated with them via ProCare ( to not incur the 5 dollar fee for not communicating the status of my child being present/absent) to pick her up the day before as she has multiple appointments for her health during the week as sometimes attended there after school program. Mind you we had paid Mrs. Friends almost 2 months in advance to hold her spot in her after school program & even then Mrs.Friends harassed me about that via ProCare. I am aware no school is perfect but at some point someone has to bring this to light because if Mrs.Friends does this to us a patron of her establishment for 9 years, what makes you think she will be any different with you?

Those Students come to the front of the chapel and the story of their kind actions is announced by the head of school, as fellow students cheer them on. It is very inspiring. Not only did they raise EVERY child's tuition by $100 in the middle of this terrible inflation going on. My son came home with bite marks daily. Sometimes they'd report it to us, 90% of the time we'd have to figure it out ourself. He came home dirty, feces still in his diaper. He was touched inappropriately by another student WHILE A TEACHER WAS PRESENT, yet they didn't inform us of this until 30 days later. We immediately had the local PD investigate the daycare and the teacher specifically. As far as we know, the student and the teacher are both still at this school. With this knowledge, we pulled him out and put him into a new daycare. It's been about a month and a half and he's been thriving more than ever. Hasn't been bit once, we are informed of any injury big or small almost immediately, not at the end of the day ( or at the end of the month like Anchor Academy would do ). If you want your child to be hurt, touched, or uncared for. Anchor Academy is the place to go! I have a lot more on this school, but will stick with this until the investigation is complete. DO NOT SEND YOUR BABIES HERE!!!! (Also, please note that the only good reviews for this daycare are from when the previous management was in.)
