I have been her patient for more than 8 years, and I have never had any complaints about her work. Dr. Adame and her team at Los Ebanos Family Dentistry work meticulously to ensure that you receive quality dental care. I have had the unique privilege to not only be her patient, but I have also shadowed and observed Dr. Adame work on other patients at LEFD. She strives to develop a trustworthy relationship with every patient as she alleviates their dental pain. She treats all of her patients equally with the same quality care at a reasonable pace. My dad recently went to get a root canal done, and this is his experience: "My experience with Dr. Adame was excellent. The staff was very courteous and professional. When they took my X-rays, they noticed I had an infection. They immediately drained the infection and gave me antibiotics. I went back within a couple of weeks and had the root canal done on my upper molar. I didn't feel any pain during the procedure or afterwards as well." In addition to providing quality dental care, Dr. Adame and her team are actively involved in the community. Long story short, after I paid they said they don't do that kind of jobs there. They did nothing, not even a general or quick cleaning. Then, they tried to sell me an insurance, in their own words: it is something like a credit card. But why I would need a credit card of a place where they don't do want I need? If you want to pay $165 to apply for a dental credit card, this is the right place.

I came to Brownsville for vacation on a medical treatment vacation for other reason. I had a tooth that was hurting so bad on my trip. I thought I needed to get it pulled as it was a beautiful healthy looking tooth and didn't know why it was hurting. I thought maybe you my grinding. At that point didn't care how much any dentist change as the pain was getting so bad that even oxycodone that I had brought with me for my chronic pain didn't help or my other stronger meds I had with me called oxymorphone didn't work for the pain. Well this office didn't try to rip me off. They even wanted to run every insurance card I had in my wallet go see if anything would cover. Anyway after getting into the back. I was told I had an infection on the tooth and needed just antibiotics to go away. I was like I should pay to pull out out. Well they didn't let me. Which I am thankful I saved my tooth. Today is 12 days from the visit and that tooth is back to normal. This office is legit honest. If this was back home in New Orleans. They would of took all my money and made me pull that tooth out for nothing. What the best part about this visit. When you go in for emergency appointment. The visit is crazy expensive I was expecting $300+. Guess what they only charged me $60. You know this office actually cares and not about the money. I'm just thankful I picked the right emergency dentist to go to my trip. I highly recommend them and would come back to them when I'm back on vacation back here again! Instead when I returned to the front, they were not watching him, he had fallen off the chair, colors everywhere and not even an apology. This place has become a place to never go back to. Made an appointment for a cleaning for11:00 am and I was not seen by the Dr, until 1:00pm whom did…read morean exam. What upsets me the most is that they couldn't do my cleaning because "we don't have time". My time is also valuable. I took time off from work for this. I believe this is their routine as when my wife went for a cleaning, they did Xray and exam and told her to come back for the cleaning. Even though the Dr. was wearing a mask, I felt uncomfortable with my mouth open and her sniffling and coughing. I also had to question their charges as I was quoted one price but the print out given was higher. So, I went to have my cleaning done somewhere else and in my exam they identified two procedures Brident wanted to do that were not necessary unless I wanted to do it. It was not a good experience!

They finally agreed to remove it and wanted to put her under for the procedure and throw in some crowns and idk what else. I refused and insisted that they only remove the space maintainer. I waited over an hour to be called on and then waited for some more because the dentist was out to lunch. Why schedule someone at a time when. You're going to be out for lunch????
