My friend happened to mention that it was my birthday to the waitress and they brought my food out with a candle in it and the whole restaurant sang happy birthday to me! I think that was such a special thing to do just from a comment made to the waitress, the kind of personal touch that is very impressive! The market tavern is very highly recommended by me and I will definitely visit again!

The ambiance is very laid back and we loved the view, the service was very good, very friendly and accommodating of our poor Spanish (we need to practice to get better!) it is within walking distance of our condo, within the naturist area of Vera Playa.
