I really, really hope that the owner of this company learns a thing or two about both safety and customer relations because he is bankrupt in both departments. I honestly want local businesses to thrive and do well, including this one, and I like to see corrections being made on criticisms.
But I fear that's not happening with A to Z Kitchen and Bath, and if that's the case, it does not deserve to be in business.
I encountered one of this company's vehicles on the roadway driving recklessly and submitted my concerns to the company via Google. When a company truck is operating on company business, with decals and advertising printed all over it, that truck is a representation of the company - and the driver and his/her driving performance is representative of that company as well.
This is why so many businesses have "How's My Driving?" phone number stickers on their bumpers. This truck didn't, but I now know why. They simply don't care what you think of their driving and instead will BLAME YOU for their recklessness.
If this company's truck is abandoning safety to save time, how do you think they will perform on a remodeling job in your kitchen?
If this company blames YOU for their faults, how do you think they'll respond to your complaints if they botch up your bathroom?
If the OWNER of this company is willing to insult you when you provide negative feedback, how do you think your concerns will be handled when you didn't get what you paid for?
I'll spare "Vinnie" the trouble of contriving another hot-headed response to a negative review about how dangerously his company vehicles operate on the roadway by pasting THE OWNER'S RESPONSE to my original comments here.
THIS IS THE OWNER'S RESPONSE TO MY CONCERNS ABOUT HIS TRUCKS DRIVING RECKLESSLY ON OUR LOCAL ROADS:
----------------------------------
"I am the owner of the company you decided to exploit on Google, but as Texas law states -" you can pass a vehicle turning left on the right side as long as there is a paved shoulder", which in this case there is! I am sorry that you were following the vehicle in front of you to closely to do the same or your lack of driving skills are not up to par. My Google + account is not here for you to try and justify your crappy driving, but for my customers to review my 5 star work! Remember, close only counts in horse shoes and hand grenades. Thanks Vinnie. A to Z." (END OF RESPONSE).
---------------------------------
Despite the fact that if I had taken the genius suggestion of passing the car in front of me on the shoulder, I would have been rear-ended by his truck which was traveling well above the speed limit, the traffic scenario is a moot issue at this point.
Not only does this response inexplicably show the character of the OWNER of this company, it also violates Google's policy for reviews - both being a conflict of interest (he gave his own company 5 stars on this review), AND inappropriate content with comments like "justify your crappy driving".
Furthermore I see that his customers aren't exactly flocking to Yelp to give five star reviews, given that I'm the first to submit a review. Maybe the owner can offset the negative rating with another of his own self-reviews of his own company and continue dodging accountability with disrespectful sarcasm. We'll see. read more
