This is a two story building but only the first floor is handicap accessible. That is the only negative about this place. If you are mobility impaired you cannot access the top floor. There is no elevator. The bottom floor is where the classes are held. The top floor is a waiting area for parents and kids. They have a big screen tv and coloring books, crayons and markers for the kids. It's set up very cute and functional. This seems like a very professionally run business. Everyone is helpful and they have done a great job with their space.

For five bucks per person, we got access to the whole facility (basketball courts, indoor turf, treadmills, etc). Everything was well-maintained, safe, and accessible. Staff were friendly and easy-going. Oh, and did I mention that it's open until 9 on weekdays? Yay! I'm in mild shock that a place like this exists. Other regions, municipalities, and states need to pay attention. This is an exemplary model to follow.

My daughter has a food allergy so we can't do anything that they offer for purchase bedsides the water. I think it's crazy to ask people to spend triple on items because you won't allow outside food and drinks inside. I think they should rethink the guidelines for the food and drink policy during tournaments. I understand that they want to make money, but please price items reasonably.

These folks know their aquascaping. Their prices indicate they're proud of that which they offer,…read morebut it's all premium stuff. I'd advise taking care with fish- they use RO water, so drip acclimation will be necessary if you're on KC tap water. The Pygmy's cories I got from them were healthy, but they needed a slow acclimation to be put into my quarantine. They're now in the display. They're knowledgeable about their fish and plants (I'd assume salt water as well, but I don't have a saltwater tank, so I can't say one way or the other). The plants I've purchased from them have been great, except for one buce brownie tissue culture that melted and hasn't come back, but apparently my tank doesn't like buce, because I've tired multiple times, and buce melts and never come back, so I don't fault them for that. Their plants are nearly always in good shape and happy. I did buy some downoi that was super leggy, and so I trimmed it to use only the best of it. It's there, in the tank, and I'm watching to see what it does. But the tissue culture of the downoi I got from them really took off, and is propagating just fine. Their cost is in line with online sellers when you factor in shipping. I'll continue to use them. I've been pleased with the knowledge of the employees and their locality.

They are fair to make sure everyone gets a turn. There weren't too many people, yet enough that it was pleasurable. We went to the Sunday open gym, which my twins enjoyed tremendously. There are two areas where parents can sit and observe. The bathrooms are clean and nice, too! Easy access to pull up, park and walk right in.
