I would highly recommend Hire Up to companies looking for talent but to anyone looking for assistance finding the right job fit. They are one of the best out there!

So visited this agency TWICE. The first time I got referred to a job position through kelly…read moreservices, did my e-register stuff (was there for about an hour) he said that he would call me by a Thursday and if I didn't hear from him I should call. So I didn't hear from him all day so I decided to call before they closed.. Well I didn't end up getting it because they gave it to someone else.. Ugh! Second time, I reached out to Nicole, she was nice and all at first. She told me she had a position available for me because I had experience in it. Went in for an "interview" got there and Nicole looked like she wasn't happy to see me or whatever.. Like she had some attitude problem. Well anyways - I was only there for about 10 mins, it wasn't even really an interview, it was just her telling me about the position (which was cool) then she told me she would send me these assessments THAT day and I would hear from her by the end of the day... WELL guess what happened, didn't hear from her all day so I emailed her before they closed and so it's the next day.... and still haven't heard from her.. saw that she posted on Facebook and decided to reach out to her but no answer from her. Officially do not like this agency. So basically these two trips to this agency was a waste... and I hate wasting my time and gas... Lol

I ended up in an industry that paid my bills but was not something I felt a great passion for. I was suggested by a mutual connection to get in touch with Kris Gaskins, which has been one of the best decisions of my life. Kris was not only extremely professional but pragmatic in his approach to my employment. He assisted me with updating my resume, spent time explaining the testing process and kindly walked me through mock interviews with invaluable coaching. Within a week of contacting him I landed a job interview and soon after that I was hired full-time with a company that I love, doing work that I am passionate about. Kris was with me all the way, checking up on me pre and post interview and giving encouragement and pointed advice with my reports. Hats off to Hedy Holmes for having such dedicated employees such as Kris. I have never had another recruiter or agency spend that much focused time on me and it was the missing key to my current success. I highly recommend their services!
