Also, location was closed with about 5 people waiting outside because the guy was out to lunch and apparently broke down. Nice "out to lunch" sign. I also had to wait while they found my title. He had no clue where it was being filed. But "file" would signify they had a filing system. Meanwhile, Keeping Up with the Kardashians blasted 2 feet away from my ear. Even after all of that they told me they couldn't help me and I would have to go to the MVA anyway. Lots of wasted time... Lots of wasted money. Never again.

Trust me, I was already prepped to just grin and bear it, butttt NO need for ANY of that this time! This is my fourth and BEST experience in this location! No lines, NO rude rep, NO hassle ... I was in and out in less than 7 minutes. I was told this location was renovated about 2 years ago. I can't rave enough about how efficient this visit was. I lease my cars so hopefully, when I need to return in 3 years, NOTHING will change. Hoping you have just as pleasant of an experience. When you go, tell them you saw it Yelp.

Do not be fooled into thinking that because this is also tied to motor vehicle administration, and so close to the danger zone, it's also a nightmare. It's a breeze! There are lines sometimes, but the workers here seem genuinely committed to keeping those lines moving, and making sure you have a kind, polite interaction. So, plan for 20 minutes in line (you may be pleasantly surprised, I've been here thrice and only waited that long once), make a playlist, queue up a podcast, and get it done!

My parents required handicapped placards for their vehicles and since I heard from an excellent…read moresource that this establishment is capable of providing the placards in a very reasonable timeframe, I thought I'd give them a try. My father was already approved by his doctor and we filled out the appropriate forms, so I stopped by to get this process started. I was greeted by a very sweet and nice older gentleman who checked my paperwork and informed me that once the paperwork was approved, the placards would be back in the office in a few days. Excellent news! A fee of $20 would be needed for this transaction...not for the placards, but for the service provided. They offer tittle services, vehicle registration, registration renewals, license tags and of course handicap placards. They also offer other services, inquire within. Everything seems to happen either on the spot or within a few days. Perfect for people who require these items in a hurry. I was able to receive my parents placards in a day or two and the service was fast, friendly, and pleasant - WITHOUT long lines and long wait times. #Winning! When I came to retrieve the placards his friendly daughter was there to greet me and give me the placards. FYI - Hours of operation, Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm.

She helped me with transferring a van to my son in PA. I had almost headed to the MVA in Landover where I would have waited and waited only to find out that I didn't even need to be there! In the last two weeks, I have been to see Eva three times. She has proven to be extremely knowledgeable and has the ability to translate government rules and regulations into a language that even I can understand. And like magic, the job is done!
