There was a very nice family near us with 2 small kids that we thought we could let them have the remainder of the rental for the day; however the guy overseeing the chairs refused it and said that they would have to pay as well. I understand that you need to rent out chairs to make a profit but it was already paid for the day. Who cares who is using it! Not a fan of their business model, but otherwise good rental.

My 5-year-old daughter gently touched/moved the umbrella once or twice, just being a curious kid. I immediately told her not to, and she stopped. Later, she simply tried to move a chair from underneath another umbrella. A staff member came over specifically to tell me that she should not move the chairs or play with the umbrella and emphasized that the umbrella costs $350. I completely understand having rules and protecting your equipment, and I make sure my daughter respects other people's property. But the way it was handled felt unnecessarily unfriendly, especially toward a family with a young child who had already been corrected and wasn't damaging anything. The interaction made us feel uncomfortable and unfortunately ruined the atmosphere of our beach day. We won't be renting from them again.

Cruising in a golf cart on the main strip by the beach? Sure!…read more Never did it before so let's goooo! The staff was friendly and it was easy to reserve. Got 2 hours for 80$ which was a deal compared to the other rental places around. We rented out a 6 seater which was perfect for the fam bam. The max speed was 35mph so there were a few streets that was off limits due to minimum speed of 40mph or above, a map was provided to show the restrictions. A lot of Galveston Island could still be occupied with the golf cart. We stayed mostly on Seawall (street by the ocean) as it was the most scenic route to us. Must drive on the right side as that is the slow lane. Our cart had a newly placed speaker that had bluetooth capability and we really enjoyed bumping our tunes. The whole family enjoyed the ride and definitely marks a memory for a different experience. When we returned the cart, we wanted to purchase a funnel cake but they said the kitchen was closed. A worker came out and offered us an order of deep fried Oreos (6 came in an order) for free since someone didn't pick it up, and they were delicious! Thanks for the great service! Will keep this spot in mind if we return!

We had a problem charging the electric cart but had plenty of charge first day. They said our…read moreoutlets (3) didn't work but we use them with other things (sprinkler box etc). So they quickly brought a gas cart the next morning. I prefer an electric cart due to the lack of noise and thumping starting out but will check my outlets! We thoroughly enjoyed driving it around our West beach neighborhood (no driving on the beach) and to Pt West bayside to see the sunset. Kids loved our drive through the tunnel to the pool too. Having a temporary foot problem (pf) made my trip to the beach walkover much easier on the cart

I've rented equipment from large companies many times and experienced a breakdown almost everytime. The skid steer from Earth Bender was in excellent working condition and was superior to other equipment I've rented. I accidently found this company online and I consider myself lucky for finding them. The customer service and owners of this company were a pleasure to do business with. I made more progress in one month with their skid steer than I made in a year. They will be my first choice every time in the future.
