Their goal is to make you feel spoiled and boy do they! Our family used their services while vacationing in Crystal Beach and did not want to lug around all the "beach" necessities on our road trip. They had everything we needed and did the set up and break down for us when we were done. When they set up, they even raked the sand around to make it even and no holes. They go way beyond and we will absolutely use them again when we head back to Crystal Beach. We came to Crystal Beach for a couples getaway. Debbie and Kurt took such great care of everything we needed to make it a special week. We rented chairs and a cabana (which they set up and took down daily), as well as a kayak. The set ups were lovely and they included beach towels, a cooler of waters, and snacks! Additionally one evening they set up a beach campfire with s'mores and dinner served on the beach. Truly this was magical! Every detail was perfect! My wife and I booked a spot here last-minute while coming back from a week in Florida. Kurt & Debbie were able to fit us in and it was PERFECT. Despite it's size (only 5 spots in total) the Shore Venture Motor Court felt like a 5-star destination from the moment we pulled up. Set back slightly from Moms Road, and backing on to a little bayou creek, each site is beautifully appointed with a wood deck, picnic table, privacy fence, and planter box. Our site had brand new full hookups, and even had a zero-g water hose connected in case we needed to hose off our salty Jeep from a day at the beach... ...which is literally a stone's throw down the road. The location couldn't be any better, centered at the heart of Crystal Beach. The property also has a 100% Instagram-worthy communal space with a large fire pit, wooden dock on the water, complete with twinkling lights and lounger chairs. This will DEFINITELY be our first place to stay every time we visit Bolivar Peninsula, pending we can squeeze in again! read more

We stayed at this charming, private RV site, with its' own deck. This is a new venture for Kurt and Debbie Ploeger and they have tried to think of everything you would want from a quaint small establishment, including privacy screens that will eventually be covered in Jasmine, and an herb box at each site that they grow herbs for cooking your meals! They have a cute little dock with party lights that is a delight to spend time on, day or night. They also have a warehouse full of rental equipment for playing on the beach or to have a gathering in their secret garden room! It is only a short walk to the beach as well. We highly enjoyed having such a private, unique spot to stay in and you will be happy you found this place! read more

This is such a sweet spot! Amazing little patio area on the small river running behind with cute lights. Friendly owners and 1/3 a mile walk to crystal beach. I love the trellis dividers between camp sites and small herb gardens in planters at each site. read more
