Look at Health Grade, Yelp, and ratemds.com. You will find 30+ one star reviews of people who got botched by this doctor. First of all, he will botch you leaving you looking worse then you started and not stand behind his work. I asked for a 50% refund and he refused. I have pictures and proof that I will be submitting to my bank for them to refund me since he won't. Today I left in tears as he aggressively yelled at me for voicing my concerns. He doesn't take criticism to his poor quality work well and he will blame you and come up with every excuse in the book making you think you are the only unsatisfied customer when you can find manyyyy 1 star reviews online. I have attached a few here. Stay away or you will be sorry. I spent almost $11,000 for upper and lower blepharoplasty, full face laser and many products. I am 6 months out and my face is more red then it was when I started, the under eye wrinkles barely look any better after a lower blepharoplasty, full face laser AND botox. He hit a blood vessel while doing my under eye botox to the point it bruised me so bad for 3 weeks that people asked if my husband beat me because it was so large and dark purple. I understand Bruising might be possible but the extent of this bruise was so insane. I'm a nurse and work with many doctors and they all confirmed he hit my blood vessel under my eye yet he argued with me that I was the reason for the bruise lmao. The staff there saw the bruise immediately after before I even left the office. He has over toxed me so much that I can no longer smile or laugh because my face won't move. I attached pictures of my before and after smile. I also broke out so bad after the laser and I never had acne prior. I drove an hour each way every other work trying to get this issues resolved and all he did was spend 2 minutes in the room telling me to buy more products. That was his only solution to everything. He had me buying products (almost $200 each time) that even his own staff told me he started me on too soon which caused my breakout. As I sat in his chair crying, waiting for him on multiple occasions, even his own staff vented to me about how I'm not the first person to complain even though he wants me to believe I'm his only unhappy patient. Imagine spending over $10k just to be more self conscious then before your surgery and having to cancel plans and back out of being in a wedding party because the doctor botched you so bad and his only solution is to yell at you and be defensive. He takes no accountability and his work online is altered as people's after pictures magically removed birth marks and other markings on peoples face even if they only had an upper blepharoplasty. During my consult he made me believe the laser and lower blepharoplasty would take away my under eye wrinkles and the redness which were the man reasons for my surgery yet in the office he yelled at me acting like he didn't say that. Why would I have paid all that money to then have to have under eye botox to correct what the surgeries should have? I could have gotten these same mediocre results with just a facial at a spa. I am not done, I will be spreading awareness about this doctor on all social media platforms. If he doesn't want to make it right and refund his horrible job, I will make sure people see what kind of practice he runs. Please refer to the pictures for some of his reviews to see I'm not alone with being unhappy and with ending up worse off then prior to surgery. When it comes to your face, please don't settle for a doctor who does poor work and then argues with you if you aren't happy. I had to walk out crying because he was being so nasty. Disgusting bedside manner. As a nurse, I can say confidently I have never seen a doctor treat a patient so poorly. STAY AWAY or you will be crying like I am.

Very helpful, personable, knowledgeable, had tips for me to help get the results I want. Made me feel very comfortable discussing unwanted body hair. November 11- first treatment, staff accommodating and friendly, professional and cleanly environment, spa-like atmosphere, easy check in and pay. First treatment with Chantel, very thorough and knowledgable, years of experience. Lots of communication during procedure, asked if I was okay and told me what she was doing throughout. What to expect: "Does it hurt?" Not that much! A cool gel is placed and then a warm sensation is felt. I imagined the laser penetrating deep into the skin and killing all of the bacteria during the 'warmer' parts (which it kinda does?) I had three areas done, so on the scale from least to most sensitive: Underarms were a breeze, lower legs very tolerable, and full Brazilian was not nearly as bad as I thought. Yes, there are a few zaps that hurt in that area, but WAXING HURTS so much more! (So if you can tolerate waxing in an area, I would imagine you could more than tolerate laser in that area.) Day after: Zero pain or side effects! Follow up in seven weeks, will update! (Just found the update feature, will use next time!)

Bath & Body Works claims one of its core values is being "Consumer-Obsessed." My experience at this…read morelocation proved the complete opposite. I received coupons in the mail and brought them into the store to use. When I went to check out, I was told they had already been redeemed. I had literally just torn them off the mailing envelope and put them in my wallet. I did not use them. I was understandably confused and asked for help. The cashier, Jess, with short black hair immediately told me I had "probably gotten hacked" and that Bath & Body Works "sees it happening all the time." When I asked what could be done, her response was simply, "There's nothing I can do for you." Rather than trying to investigate the issue or offer any kind of assistance, she seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. She called for backup and told the person assisting her that helping me "was going to be a while." After I continued asking if there was anything that could be done, she finally said, with an attitude, "Do you want me to get my manager?" An old short blonde haired manager came over, and after I explained everything again, her immediate response was also, "There's nothing I can do about that." No attempt to investigate. No attempt to find a solution. No empathy. Just another employee telling me there was nothing they could do and leaving me to figure it out myself. At that point, it wasn't even about the coupons anymore. It was about the way I was treated. If Bath & Body Works is aware that customers are regularly having their coupons redeemed without their knowledge, why is there no process to help those customers? Instead, I was told I was "probably hacked" and then essentially sent away and instructed to call corporate, while I was standing at the register asking for help. Bath & Body Works also claims to value being "Accountable" and "Generous." Neither was demonstrated during this interaction. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I was asking for assistance with a problem that apparently happens "all the time," according to your own employee Jess. I understand stores have sales goals and metrics, but when those goals become more important than treating a customer with basic respect and actually trying to help them, you've completely missed the point. I have been a loyal customer, but after this experience, I will not be returning to this location and frankly, I want to know why your customers are being hacked and your solution to assisting when you're aware it's happening. Your core values sound great on paper. Now try putting them into practice.
