Cathy the Groomer is hands down the best grooming experience you could ever hope for! From the…read moremoment you walk through the door, you can tell Cathy genuinely cares about her furry clients. She has a magical touch that not only makes your pet look fantastic but also puts them completely at ease during the process. Cathy's expertise is unmatched. She listens carefully to your requests and executes them with precision, whether it's a specific style or just a tidy-up. My dog has never looked or smelled better! Beyond her skills, Cathy is incredibly patient and kind, even with pets that might be a little nervous or fidgety. The grooming area is spotless and welcoming, and Cathy uses high-quality products that are gentle on sensitive skin. It's clear she goes above and beyond to create a safe, comfortable environment for pets and their owners. I can't recommend Cathy the Groomer enough. If you want a groomer who treats your pet like family and delivers exceptional results every time, Cathy is the one to go to. Five stars aren't enough to express how amazing she is! Thank you!!

I called at 11 AM to make an appointment. Cathy insisted for me bring my dog ASAP I was to her by…read more11:30. I did a few errands and usually she takes no more than an hour and a half. I had to be at work at three and it was going on 130 and I had yet to hear from her so I just made my way back to her place and when I got there, my dog was just now getting a bath. Her assistant was washing my dog. She wasn't in the room but when she did get back in; she was very rude about me just coming to pick up my dog without her calling and informing me that she was ready. Even after telling her I had to be at work she made it seem as though I should've told her that ahead of time which completely makes no sense because she literally rushed me to get there so why am I waiting two hours? Nor do I have to discuss my plans for the day with her. Ignorant and rude and I usually go to her. She proceeded to leave the room and go smoke a cigarette .I took my dog while she was soaked. Trash attitude. I'll never spend another dollar with her. And her work is very good just sucks how she acts

JC Pet Service is the gold standard for pet care, whether you're going away on vacation, or just…read morehave a busy week ahead, and won't be able to spend as much time with your buddy as you want. I cannot recommend more. What is great about Jessie is that she'll come to your house, or board your dog at her house, which has plenty of room, in and out. She's got a big fenced backyard for fetch, a quiet neighborhood, and a super-convenient location, in Cleveland, right near the airport. She doesn't take a lot of animals at once, so your pet will get a ton of personal attention. Carter June Dog doesn't get along with other dogs as much as I'd like (a semi-problem dog), and has separation anxiety, and it wasn't remotely an issue. Velcro-Dog ended up watching TV on the couch most of the time! In essence, you can't go wrong, at all, with this service. Rates are crazy-reasonable for walks, or overnight boarding. https://www.facebook.com/jcpetservice/
