Than we asked for them to cook it back again medium but they brought it back still looked raw maybe rare the second time back. Maybe it's different in America I don't know but probably not just be aware for the steak. Everything else was pretty good no complaints. I also had the strawberry gelato for dessert and it was very tasty I recommend. The meat was superbly, melt-in-your-mouth tender and amazingly flavorful, with all the aforementioned herbs and flavors perfectly complimenting the beef. For what appeared to be a ribeye there was just enough fat to give it character. Can't say it enough, one of the best steaks I've ever had. While waiting in line for opening we met some people from my home town in the US, what a coincidence! One of them had the skewered beef, which is about a dozen triple size steak tips, hanging vertically from a truss. They were just as flavorful as the ribeye cuts.
