Good experience! Driver was very nice and friendly. Did not have to wait as long as anticipated. Definitely recommend.

This company is not professional at all! I needed my car towed and did it through it through my insurance company state farm. The company was supposed to have towed my vehicles 5 hours before they showed up. When this company finally did show up I stated to the driver that it was supposed to be on a flatbed and just asked why it took 5 hours when I had been sent a text hours before and the driver did not even respond to that. I in no way was being rude. Was just simply asking what was going on and that I was told it was a flatbed that was coming. This company is very unprofessional and treated me read more

I have roadside assistance in my insurance package and needed a tow from Kimball near Getwell to near Bellevue and South Parkway. Beginning in the 11 pm hour for the next four to five hours I waited after three calls and three no shows. I tried the link in the roadside assistance text message as well as the number listed online and got no answer, even though they had supposedly accepted the calls and advertise 24 hour service. read more

The tow guy did an excellent job of taking great care of the car n the actual towing on n off. I wish they had given an ETA bc it took entirely tooooooo long. There was a 2 hour wait. The stars would have been much more except A Quick Tow was A Loooooooong Wait. read more

I had a tow scheduled with an ETA for 11:06pm. I sat outside waiting on the company for approximately 20 minutes. Then I called the number that was sent to me from the warranty company and the guy who answered listened to my concern then put me on hold for about 6 or 7 minutes. When he got back on the phone, he told me that he would be sending a message to the driver to contact me. After wainting another 15 minutes, I did not hear anything back from that gentleman or the tow truck driver. so I sent a text to that number which seemed to be a cell phone number and I did not receive a reply or reply then either. At that point I called my warranty company back and explained to them that I had waited for over 30 minutes and it was nearing midnight and that I wanted to cancel the tow. Horrible way of handling business! Not considerate of the customer and did not even give me names of whom I was speaking with. I think they were very unprofessional. read more

Courteous, Professional, and most of all QUICK towing service. Their pricing is extremely reasonable compared to surrounding companies. I know who to call from now on! read more

I was left stranded in the middle of the night. My husband and I were stuck in the mud and the company kept texting from another number. I was asked to send pictures and how far I was from the road. They would not answer my call or texts. The company lied to my insurance company saying they 12 miles away when they weren't. Also the call was listed as cancelled without calling or talking to me. I was left stranded for 2 hours. There is a special place for people that are like this company and its not a very nice place. After being stranded I decided to do research. I do. Know this company is GPS tracked. Guess what they weren't shown as listed to be in route I have the texts driver name and recordings from the insurance company. All the reviews are saying the same thing. Please tell your insurance companies not to use this company. read more

They will tell you that it will take 40 minutes, contacted them after 40 min an was told they actually couldn't find a driver with no apology, I dealt with tow companies before they are either really good or really bad, they are on the bad side. read more

The alternator died on my car and I called our insurance roadside assistance number to get my car towed to my favorite shop. They told me A Quick towing would be there but it would be 2 hours before they got to my location. After 3 and a half hours they still had not shown up and neither myself of the insurance company could get them on the phone! They just didnt answer and the recording said their voicemail wasnt set up. This is the worst experience with a towing company I've ever had! Avoid this company at all costs. They are terrible. read more

Came in 20 minutes as quoted for $65 since he was in area. Call them so far so good, better than other I've used.
