While the job was by far the least costly during the refurbishment, and also the lowest bid I received from garage door installation companies, it was essential for security and functionality. The installation wasn't seamless due to some manufacturer quality-control issues, but Joe was on top of the problem and had the components replaced by the manufacturer. Throughout the process, he diligently oversaw all installations. Even at the end, when I was willing to accept the flawed panel (a high bar, as I can be pretty demanding), Joe wanted it perfect.
