New floors and drywall were installed in the home after an interior flooding with a pipe break. I had selected tiles for the bathroom floor online since I was out of town during this whole debacle. The tile looked cream and should have matched the shower tile. Chad called and face-timed to show me the tile I ordered. It was gray and looked awful. He alerted me, even though it was what I selected. He sent one of his guys to a flooring store and found a tile that matched perfectly.
