So I went to see the owner of this shop for some work on my car. The job was an all day-er, and the…read morematerial was costly. No problem. I paid for the material up front. It was ordered. When it came in, he had my car for a day, but only managed to replace one small area. He then said the material was too hard to work with. OK. I ordered some other, less costly material that he recommended. The material came in a few weeks later, and I set an appointment. He cancelled last minute. Another week went by, another appointment. Another last minute cancellation. Another week went by. I emailed. Another week. Another email. I drove over to his shop. He proceeded to tell him "I am just so F@kin busy." OK. I try to be understanding. A final appointment was set and, not surprising, when I arrived at the shop there was no one there. I contacted my credit union and reversed the amount of the material I had paid for. It had been seven weeks and he was unable to keep an appointment. Enough.

The guy on the phone was a bit pessimistic when I told him I had been emailing with someone who said they would do it same day, he said he was doubtful we would get it same day. I'm glad he was wrong and that he wasn't the person I had been working with. I never got that persons name and we only emailed. If I was working with the same person I would definitely do business again!
