He was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable in the areas I struggled in. I was stressed and overwhelmed I would not graduate due to the final business research project. Kalven laid out the step by step process so it was easy for me to understand. He helped create personal deadlines, research objectives, formatting guidance, grammar corrections, and find beneficial sources. I received an A+ on that paper and graduated with Bachelors in Sport Management a month later thanks to Kalven. This wouldn't be the last time I used his services. An even bigger challenge was ahead when I decided to attend graduate school in 2013 at San Jose State. Again it was the final thesis project that was very difficult. Kalven really motivated. I will never forget the kind and uplifting words he said, "Jimmy boy you can achieve greatness you just need to apply your strengths to everything you do." Through his help drafting an abstract that was to be accepted from the graduate committee, sourcing references, formatting , grammar correction, researching, and finally his positive guidance.
