Catalino even came out twice to remeasure the area after changes to our yard required a different fence placement. On installation day, Catalino and his team arrived early, well-prepared, and worked efficiently. The entire project was completed in less than two days. Catalino then handed the project over to Jose, who led the installation. He and his team communicated clearly, answered all of our questions, and kept us updated on the timeline. Maybe $ 3-400 bucks not 1000 bucks. Sorry not going to be ripped off Sorry but I tried.

We contracted Long Fence to do an install of a new fence and a repair of an old one. The installation and repair went smoothly and we are happy with the results. Dealing with the company after words, however, has been a huge pain. Upon completion of the job, the installers didn't provide us with an invoice, but instead gave us four envelopes with hand written amounts on them and nothing else. They didn't speak English very well, so we weren't able to get an explanation on what we were supposed to do with these so we called the Long Fence office to settle up the remainder of what was owed after our deposit. They gave us an amount to pay and we payed over the phone. This amount plus the deposit didn't add up to the quote that they gave us, but they said that our bill was all settled up, so rock on. About two weeks later I started receiving calls saying that we owed more money. I stated that we were told that our account was settled, but the person on the phone said that we still owed more. I asked for an invoice showing how much we owed (I'm not in the habit of paying large sums of money to someone over the phone just because they said so). They said that they'd get an invoice to us and ended the call. To this date, I've never received an invoice. For the last six weeks, the same person calls asking for payment, and every time I ask for an invoice detailing the original amount, the amount we've already payed, and the balance remaining. I even ask them if they have my correct email address, and they say that they do and end the call. We've called the Long Fence office multiple times trying to resolve this, and are constantly told that someone will look into it. The only return contact we receive is the same person asking for payment every week.

Hopefully I can find a fencing company with a little integrity to hang the gate properly because it drives me nuts every time I look at it. Lowe's probably would not have done a worse job.
