This company advised me that my previous employer reported negatively on my credit which was extremely upsetting and lead me to file severe complaints against them through the BBB AND DOJ. Submitting these complaints was justified at the time as my credit restoration company advised me of these exact derogatory marks. I would have never made such claims against any former employer if they had not guided me in doing so. I have been dealing with this company for 3 months now, after learning of this huge mistake on their part I've tried to cut ties only to be threatened with collections. I had to withdraw all complaints I filed with the BBB AND DOJ and apologize to my former boss for the accusations. All this company could say was they were sorry for the misunderstanding and that I worked at that job when the negative reporting on my credit was applied, finally admitting to me, well after the fact and only after I made several calls trying to understand what the actual truth was. Now without merit will not allow me to discontinue their services nor allowing me to speak with a supervisor or manager to resolve my concerns. My credit on the direct bureaus is different than what is reflected on their dashboard provided. Now they want to send me to collections causing more issues with possible credit repair. I can't believe I ever trusted them. I'm worse off than what I was when I first started and needed their help. I was promised the backing of a law firm and they can't even advise when the law firm steps in, don't fall for this line either. They will collect as much as they want before they bring the so called law firm in to assist. The name of this law firm has yet to be disclosed to me either, consumers beware! Worst customer service ever. I have been with this company for over 5-6 years. I happened to contact them to cancel my subscription due to changes in my income due to the current economic crisis. Long story short, the representative I spoke with in June 2026 placed my account on an extension for payment after I told her I didn't want the extension because there was no way I would have the funds available (sadly, my hours and hourly rate had dropped drastically). Well, in the end, that rep went behind my back and placed an extension. July 2026, I was reached for payment. I explained that I spoke with a rep in June 2026; the second rep gathered my info and said she would call me back to get the matter resolved. She never called, nor did the company. I sent an email on 7/10/26 requesting confirmation of the cancellation. I received a reply via their website customer service portal stating that they could not grant it due to their system. At the end, the company charged my bank account $124.00, $99 for the monthly fee, and supposedly $24 for a late fee for the extension I had never authorized or agreed to, after I repeatedly stated that I wanted my account canceled. 7/13/26 I spoke with another rep, this rep was very kind and much more oriented then the last two I spoke with, and explained my account was canceled, but that the charge was from the paperwork of May 27th, 2026, which I thought all this time, I pay and they send out paperwork (Thank you to that third rep for the clarification, although the company should refund me back the $24 for the suppose late fee of the extension, I never agreed on.) I asked to speak with a supervisor, and this third rep tells me over the phone that the supervisor will contact me and asks me for the best date and time. So, I tell her I am available now; transfer me. The third rep said she can't do that because the supervisor is busy (super shady; why do I have to wait for the rep to call me? Transfer me over, since this is an escalated matter.) The third rep tells me on the phone today that if my bank gets involved because of a claim for non-authorization of payment, they will go out of their way and place me on collection because I am violating their terms.... EXCUSE ME!!! You violated me from the start. I didn't authorize it, and if you needed the $99 from the papers sent out on May 27th, 2026, you should have discussed a payment plan with me from the start, and we all wouldn't have had to escalate due to miscommunications and misinformation. But it is still very messed up from the first rep to place an extension on my account when I told her multiple times that I didn't need the extension and that I didn't want it either, because I was unable to have those funds now or in the future. Now, they made my account overdraft, and allegedly, " They can't reverse the funds" (straight up B.S.). This company needs to do a better job of training their employees. I feel this company trains the employees to be thieves to customers regardless of the issue the customer may be experiencing and if they call and report on time. I will never recommend this company and will never return after this horrible experience. Collection my behind. I will be the one reporting thieves, untrustworthy people, and those trying to screw customers over from a company like this. Let's see how long it takes the supervisor to "Call me back" and take care of the matter and correct their reps' errors. read more

Servicio no recomendado, su personal de atención al cliente no está bien capacitado cada persona te dice algo distinto, los buro de crédito no han respondido y ya están mandando otro lote de "disputas" para que te veas obligado a pagar, y si pides la cancelación del servicio 30 días antes por no obtener respuestas alguna de tu agente las disputas correspondientes dentro de los 30 días no las envían según me informo la persona que me atendio hoy que 4 veces me dió información diferente. Hablé con Michelle con Yacdiri y con alguien más que fue la menos capacitada y ni su nombre me dijo. Además de ser grosera. Totalmente decepcionada, quiero la cancelación del servicio ya y yo estoy notificando con 30 días de anticipación. Aún no recibo la carta de finiquito de contrato. Confíe en ustedes pero no merecen que pierda mi tiempo y dinero sin respuestas positivas. Gracias por nada. read more

They are very kind and courteous, they customer service is excellent now their effectivity is worthless. I spend 6 months paying $150 a month + $99 initiation fee and the result were close to nothing read more

Worst company to ever trust with your credit report. I dealt with Kelley Valdez, who then passed me to Michelle Gonzalias who always repeated herself and never had words of her own to explain things. Then I had the absolute worst experience with Johana who didn't give her name and then when I asked to speak to a supervisor, she changed her voice and when I asked for her name she said Johana. I said, I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said she was the only person working today, which is Monday January 29, 2024 at 1:00PM and apparently, only 1 person works per day. Anyways, she told me that I didn't understand and that I was confused. Then when I explained to her what was told to me, she said, so you do understand! I said, I'm not stupid nor do I suffer from dementia, she said, oh I didn't say that. I said you; you told me i obviously didn't understand their process and how they work 4 times before I told you this and you're literally going to say over the phone to me that you never said I didn't understand. She said, you're clearly confused. The worse scammers out in the market for credit repair! Every time I asked for proof, Johana said it was emailed to me, I asked to have that resent and she said hold on, and then started talking about other things. Playing games over the phone with clients and saying they are confused, and incapable of understanding is a joke! NEVER AGAIN!!! read more
