Project turned out pretty good, but there were some odds and ends that never got corrected. Notably, they wrapped a beam and used a putty to seal the cracks. The white putty oozed out of the seems and is an eye sore. They made several appointments to come back to fix it but no showed or last minute rescheduled at least 6 times before finally saying they don't have the manpower to fix it at this time and apparently giving up. it's been over a year since the project completed. The price was competitive with other quotes. I was happy at first, but now I'm noticing some other odds and ends like lighting that doesn't line up and some handrails that the edges don't line up. Also one of their workers had to be taken to hospital after he had an accident with one of his fingers using a saw. Could be a fluke, but worth noting for overall picture. Overall the job was pretty good, the porch seems pretty sturdy, and value was there. I even referred a friend to them for a project and was available for a phone call reference for a potential customer of theirs. They offered me to apply a coat of finish on the deck as a thank you for the referral, but again pushed it out and pushed it out and then weren't able to follow through. It's unfortunate that they didn't finish up the loose ends and weren't able to show on the days they had scheduled so many times. If I had known they weren't going to fix the wrap or follow through on the finish coat , I would have hired someone else to get it done over the summer. If you want a high attention to detail, proceed with caution. If you want a good value on your job, then A+ is still worth considering. read more
