This is my second time here. I made an appointment, thinking I needed a new windshield. I arrived early. Joel greeted me. The owner came and looked at my car. Immediately said I didn't need a new windshield. It was something cosmetic. He took my car and fixed that little thing and cleaned my windshield. I asked how much I owed him and he said, nothing. It was much appreciated. It is very hard to find someone honest and kind in this world anymore, but the owner is both if those plus a lot more. I will definitely return. read more

Abrasive and rude. Popped in for a quote and they saw my work name tag and referred me to a sign on the wall that said no soliciting. I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT THIS PLACE TO THE CAKE!! Called yesterday and spoke to a lovely lady who gave me a fair price on getting a Nickel size chip in my windshield replaced. I specifically told her I would not be going through the insurance and will be paying out of pocket. She said not a problem. We set an appointment for 930 this morning. I pull up and notice there is absolutely no where to park so I parked parallel to the business door. An older gentleman came out and walked to my driver side door I told him good morning and that I was there to have the chip repaired and he said ok I will have you pull around back and that he would open the garage door. Ok not a problem. But before I even get my truck in drive another man comes out saying he needs to look at the chip first. Ok cool I showed him. He then opened my passenger door where my dog(who just had major hip and back surgery is laying) which causes her to jump up and hyper. I grab her collar trying to keep her still while this guy tells me "that the repair isn't a 'now its there and now it isn't ' fix" and that "the insurance would pay for a new one" i told him I know the insurance would pay for a new one but that we did not want to use the insurance and that I had already told the lady that yesterday. I then went out of my way to explain to him that my husband does not what the windshield replaced because he has a windsheild defroster and tinted visor on the windsheild. The man then tried to tell me...you know...the OWNER of this truck that the defroster is just "paint". He also then went on telling me that I would still see the cracks even after he did the resin. He then kept pushing for me to replace the windsheild. I finally got fed up and asked him if he even wanted to do the repair because by that point he had made it very clear he didn't want the work. I finally tell him to shut my door that I'm taking my business elsewhere. He then kept talking on and on and I finally had to yell at him (in front of my 11 year old son who was in the backseat who by the way was quite scared by witnessing this) TO SHUT MY DOOR! I took a total of 3 or 4 times of this before he finally complied. If i could give this "shop" a negative 10 stars i would and i will be letting all my family and friends know to avoid this place at all cost because they have shown to be very money hungry. read more

What a great company!! I had fought with my insurance company 9 1/2 years ago to get me a windshield with the running horse, just like the OEM windshield. A-1 Glass was able to help me fight that fight, and get the glass I needed for my Ford Mustang. Fast Forward 9 1/2 years to today. I was able to find my receipt from my windshield purchase from 9 1/2 years ago, and called them to tell them I thought I might have a leak in my windshield after all this time. We scheduled a time this morning to have it water tested. It turns out, that it was not the windshield that was leaking, it was that my drain holes under my windshield wipers were clogged with oak leaves. They took the time to help get those unclogged, so that water was not going through my cabin filter and into the leg area of the passengers side of the car. This is not anything that was their fault, or their responsibility, but they still took the time to show me how to fix in the future, and have great service. They continue to win my loyalty. The company I work for has in excess of 87 vehicles here locally. If I have a say, they will all use A-1 Glass when they have glass issues.
