Margie and the team are highly reliable. They offer a range of Pet Care while you're away, while you're in town, or need a regular dog walker. Margie is very thorough in her onboarding to ensure clear communication and avoid misunderstandings. They go to great lengths to work as a team to resolve issues but are not hesitant to reach out to me at any time. A few things I like are they do report cards every time they come to the house and that the rates feel very reasonable for all that is included. Our family can leave our beloved dogs and cats at home, knowing they are in great hands. We didn't realize we needed to bring dog food when we dropped off Abigail but Theresa was flexible with providing it. Usually, with the boarding we have done with Altavista and Petsmart, we wouldn't need dog food but at least now we know next time. Theresa also had other dogs there and when we picked up Abigail, we noticed how much calmer our dog was. I think it did her a world of good to play with the other dogs. Thank god I was able to get one of my students to pet-sit at the last minute, or else I would have had to cancel my trip. Pretty ghastly unprofessionalism. I guess she doesn't need the business. UPDATE: I added a star because Rachel did eventually call- three hours after our scheduled appointment. She said she had a sick dog and "literally lost track of time." Now, I am not a heartless grinch. I understand being occupied with an ill animal. But for christ's sake- have a damn cell phone with you. It would "literally" have taken one minute to call me back and prevent me from becoming unglued.
