Throughout our entire trip she has kept us comfortable with regular text updates and pictures, and when told of our delay that could keep her there another night she just said no problem, I'm on it! We know our girls have been happy and well taken care of (if not spoiled like grandkids!), and what could've been a terribly stressful situation with our delay today became so much more comfortable after Mary's reassurance and flexibility. The emails have been sent to multiple franchise branches and the main office based on the emails on the website, with no response. Additionally, there is no way to cancel the service in the online portal, which is unusual given "click-to-cancel" legislation currently under review. I now have to figure out how to get the recurring service cancelled without being billed. I would strongly warn any potential customer that this company....Poop 911....should not be signed up for as recurring service without engaging directly with a human first. ** Update Apr 30, 2026 - Was finally able to get a hold of someone and had the service cancelled. The recommendation if engaging with this service is to utilize telephone numbers versus email to get a response.

Hunter is fantastic! He does not come in and do a…read moreone-size-fits-all training. The training was very specific to my dogs in their needs. I have one dog that is extremely hyperactive and another one that can be quite moody. The hyperactive dog stresses out my moody dog and it can create a lot of chaos. Hunter was extremely thorough and his evaluation of both dogs together and individually. I felt comfortable following his direction and you could tell my dogs did as well. He worked with myself and my husband With our dogs, to ensure we knew what success and what failure looks like. This helped us continue the training in-home when Hunter was not around. We saw Results very quickly. For example, I could not open the front door with a person walking in without both of my dogs, trying to open the door for me. After just one session of training with Hunter, I was able to get to the point where I could open the door and a guest could walk in the home before the dogs approached them. I had never seen them do this. I was nervous and apprehensive at first, as any dog owner would be. It is Scary, trusting any new trainer with your dogs, but I can say with confidence I would recommend Hunter to any dog owner! My dogs are ages six and eight. Both pitbull mixes. My eight-year-old is especially stubborn. I was surprised to find out, that she actually does much better with direction. And with clear consisten direction, she Seems much happier and is much easier to manage. When all this time, I thought she didn't like to listen. It was all about how we approached the situation. And Hunter helped us to achieve this! My six-year-old pup, is the hyperactive dog. And Within just two weeks of us doing our homework that was assigned by Hunter, she was already taking lead, not only from myself and my husband, but also our older dog. When she saw our older dog listening, she was more inclined to listen, which has calmed her down significantly!
