I figured it was a great time to leave a review. He installed a junction box in my ceiling quickly and at a good price. He also gave me some recommendations on how to control lighting in our living room in the cheapest and most effective way...a way that would not require an electrician. That's downright scrupulous, don't you think? :)

Great experience from the moment they first answered their phone (yes, a real human being actually…read moreanswers the phone!) all the way through completion of the job. I called on Friday of Labor Day weekend because I had some concerns. Ashley answered the phone and could not have been nicer. She listened carefully to my concerns and told me someone would get back to me by Tuesday, which made perfect sense since it was a holiday weekend. Imagine my surprise when Ashley called me back just a few minutes later to let me know that a technician would be at our home within half an hour! The technicians were extremely professional, knowledgeable and neat. I only remember one of their names, Louis, but they were all wonderful. They explained everything clearly and let us know they would need to return to complete the work we wanted done. I later followed up by phone and spoke with Jason to get an estimate and schedule the appointment. He was professional, honest and straightforward. He gave me a "worst-case scenario" estimate and booked the appointment for today. Well, the technicians just finished the job and the actual cost was $400 less than the worst-case estimate! Honest, professional, knowledgeable, excellent customer service, and neat. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend this company. It is refreshing to find a business that truly values its customers and stands behind its work.
