It was easier than making the trek to the local UPS facility. They are agents for UPS, as well as FedEx & DHL. Give them the package to mail and they'll tell you how it will cost to send by each service. Never realized there could be that much difference on some of the packages. I don't use the package service near as much these days. The nieces and nephews are older and they much prefer Jacksons, which are always the right color and size, The another serious advantage is that there is a notary on site. I've used him for several legal documents. I have no complaints about the service and I keep going back.

I just got mine and it was only $55 for 6 years. You'll need your social security card, birth certificate, current driver's license and two pieces of mail from your current address. Once that's all verified and complete, you're taken in the back to sign for your license, get your pic and less than 3 minutes , you're on your way. It was very fast and efficient! I highly recommend going here instead of waiting at the OMV's. Oh and as military service members, you are entitled to a free tag for the branch of service you were/are serving!

That they don't ever charge that up charge he keeps referring to, that the prices I told him when I politely asked him to be sure because (UPS locations) does not "up charge as a courtesy". So here I am making sure everyone knows that they are ripping people off and do not have a good business model at this location. Sadly, each location is privately owned which likely explains the awful customer service and conversation. I made sure to tell him I didn't care, that he doesn't care. Yet, I do care about my Yelp community and sincerely ask that you reconsider when approaching this location. They are ripping all of us off.

The best part about going here is that it's always fast. I won't name other places, but the 2 other places that I've used in the past were slower and due to that slowness often had lines of people piling up.

You signed in on a clipboard with a name and why you were there. The line moved pretty quickly and eventually we were successful so Mom is legal for another 4 years! The building is an old Masonic lodge that was divided up to host a couple of different businesses. Bathrooms are in the lobby and there is a slight step up to get in the building but nothing Mom couldn't handle. The staff was courteous and patient with everyone which was pretty impressive considering the crowd and that NO ONE likes to do DMV stuff.
