I waited two weeks and heard nothing, so I called the office. The lady I spoke to told me it would be three weeks. Four weeks later I heard nothing so I called again, she said they could squeeze me in on Friday, which was last Friday June 28th 2024. Thursday night we had rain and I have an under ground sprinkler system that come in early in the morning. When the folks came to take the tree out I was in a call and my fiancé, told them where the tree was. When I walked out to see, they had driven a heavy Kobada front loader tractor across my yard making huge ruts . The tree was small and really I'm gonna get this out to every fucking body Require a tractor. As the left I walked the yard and noticed. I happened to notice a soft spot in the yard, thinking it could be from the rain, I waited until Sunday to check it again. It was really soft still so I called the city water to see if it was the water main or the sewer line. We ruled out the water main. On Monday I called the Tree service company "Po Boys " in Sumter SC, and notify them of the issue. The lady said that they are not responsible for things under the ground. I told her I was told that before agreeing to the job and I had not signed any paperwork stating that. I then asked her to send me a document stating that and would like the owner to give me a call. Getting up that morning looking for a tree service on a Sunday morning was hard . I tried Angi's list and they recommended us Southjam tree service near our area . The company texted us immediately my husband called them and the service gave an arrival time of 9:30am. They arrived early with the right equipment ready to work. They told us they open 7 days a week. The price was economical for the job. We are satisfied with the work done. They got the limbs from the roof and trimmed the tree from limbs that may fall later. They cleaned up any debris and finished at an ample time. I would recommend them especially because most other tree businesses are closed at a certain time. Job well done.
