I chose Elite Garage Door based on reviews and reasonably priced but I did not have that experience. He offers a "free inspection" when making the appointment. He charged me $175 to look at my garage door, spray silicone(a can cost $9 at HomeDepot) and reinforce a small metal bracket that was loose. He also adjusted the garage spring "two turns" He quoted me an additional $225 to change 10 garage door rollers. I declined this quote as numerous companies advertise they include changing 10 rollers, inspecting the garage door and spraying silicone for $175 or less. A pack of 10 Nylon rollers cost $24 at HomeDepot. He quoted me $500 to change the garage spring. I declined. Overall Elite Garage Door was quick, on time, and friendly. I understand it's a business but I feel I got ripped off. I'll go with one of the two attached companies next time as they include everything for less.
