This includes anything that the auction house can gets its hands on: some of the items included clothes, antiques, furniture coins, knives, farm livestock (chickens, duck, pigeons, rabbits, goats, sheep, horses etc.) and farm equipment. Most items sell for under $20 but there is no limit and depending on the item, the bidding can go high. I saw a lot of new leather jackets in good condition sold for around $10. Live chickens, ducks and rabbits were selling for anywhere between $2.25 to $8 each depending. Bill Roark is the owner and auctioneer. There is a full kitchen that serves everything from Hamburgers, hot dogs, tater tots, fries, chicken nuggets, cheese nachos, soda, sandwiches, desserts, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, chips, candies etc.The fried items are all fried (from frozen) to order and are so always hot and taste good. The food is sold at extremely reasonable prices and it seems that the main purpose of selling food is to make sure that auction customers stick around and do not leave just because they are hungry.

The company failed to move everything out that they did not sell, as advertised. These ladies are nice enough, but run their business lime an afterthought. Very unplesant experience.

Before the auction his men arranged and lotted our holdings and displayed them in a pleasing manner. He also advertised the sale in local newspapers and an Antique collectors trade magazine. Although attendance was quite good our sale was a financial disaster. Items that I collected for 40 years brought pennies on the dollar. The problem was that I held those items long after interest in them had diminished. Kimball did everything in his power to maximize the return on my investment. He wanted to cancel Friday night after we had it all worked out and said it likely wouldn't do well due to the virus. I agreed due to HIS lack of interest. Workers put a hole in the wall He has a woman that sells food but never mentions it, she just shows up and needs a power source. He promised not to allow anyone to park in neighbor's yards or block their driveways but he had to be made to keep that as he watched it but didn't stop it. He brings another auctioneer that does appx half of the auction. Did not research unknown items to him that were very expensive so it was sold for nearly nothing. I could have taken it for scrap and received more. He bragged about buying items that will likely make him a hefty profit in my opinion. Trash, cigarette butts, etc. was left for us to clean up He told my mother he was going upstairs in her house to take a nap and did! If you want honesty and dependability, I strongly suggest you go elsewhere.
