This Imaging Center is one of Orlando Health's newer facilities, and it's located in close proximity to the main hospital and Winnie Palmer. So, location is great for sheer convenience. As far as care goes, it's quite standard. I can't really brag about the standard of care at Orlando Health facilities because I've had better experiences elsewhere. However, I can say, my experience at this office has always been pleasant. The staff is kind and courteous. I usually don't have to wait too long and it's usually not super busy in the waiting area. As designer that worked on numerous Orlando Health projects, the facility's overall aesthetics are in alignment with the Orlando Health's design standards. So, lots of greys and whites and muted tones. Pretty modern to the eye, with your typical Healthcare grade furniture. The facility was clean for the most part as were the restrooms. Parking is tight but there is parking along the main street and overflow parking. All in all, I really enjoy coming to this particular facility. I'm usually well taken care of here. So, I recommend this imagining center.

I arrived at the time I was expected to and was greeted with 'You are late.' They refused to see me and made me drive another 30 minutes to another site. It took 2 1/2 hours to complete a simple screening. No apologies. They treated me like I was crazy. It wasn't until I saw the e-mail today that I knew they had changed it and didn't bother to tell me I hadn't scheduled it wrong. I lost 2 1/2 hours of work and drove over 1 1/2 hours when gas prices are at record highs!

It is a pretty big office. The front desk staff is very nice and helpful. The only thing I can say about the quality of care is that I was not able to experience it because it is booked all the time and they don't make appts for the service I needed.
