It was one of those experiences where I just "happened" to run into her at just the right time and she shared how both she and her spouse were growing and healing. I called and the coordinator said I would be able to speak to several therapists on the phone to get a feel for who seemed to be a fit for me. BAM! The first counselor I spoke with (one he suggested) was a match. This center offers real therapy and real solutions AND they take my insurance and have evening appointments so I am not at the mercy of a 9-5 counseling center. Call them, we ALL can use help! Every. First experience seeing a therapist and I have to say I shouldn't be surprised. "They just want…read moreyour money" is so much more believable now. I went in feeling terrible. Anxiety, stress, and depression. I was a complete open book because I am at the point that I am in NEED of help, advice, new strategies, guidance.. SOMETHING. All I'm saying is I could of done what I did today with a friend and got the same response, nothing. AND it would of been $105 cheaper. What a scam, pure robbery. Yeah, I get you want patients to continue to go but if you're not even going to give just a tiny bit of insight, something to make me see that this could actually help. How can I trust to go back if you give me no feed back? I felt like I just got nothing from my session. No help. What a joke. Maybe I should of waited a bit longer to speak with Jessica since there's so much great reviews, my session was with Caitlyn. I let my wall down and now regret it tremendously. She's nice, I guess? I just felt like I needed to express my experience since I am still so shocked that I paid $105 to basically just vent. I will stick to my notebook because I get the same response, nothing. Thanks!

I highly recommend Jessica! She very skilled at helping with anxiety and emotional abuse.read more

The waiting room is a typical waiting room with mellow music softly pumping through speakers. A typical counseling center. I see Stacy about every 2-3 weeks for a "check up" and I must say, she's one of the best I've talked to in a long time. Her schedule can get kind of hectic, so if you're looking continuous or routine sessions, she's probably not right for you. She communicates via text and even sends me times of appointments if there are cancellations. Can't make it to a session one day/night? Not a problem, just text her - no harm, no foul! She takes my medical insurance (BCBS) and it appears she takes a myriad of others, as well. Check her out if you're in need of a little "me" time :)

Not having experienced anything like this, I didn't know what to expect. Scheduling was a breeze.
