Unfortunately, the…read moreperson I was referred to wasn't working that day, so I was assigned to another technician who seemed very new and possibly working her first day. I typically get gel polish and needed a badly split nail repaired. Communication was difficult, as the technician spoke very limited English and had to call over multiple coworkers to look at my nail. After a long back-and-forth discussion among staff, instead of using the usual method of applying acetone to cotton and wrapping my nails in foil, they had me place my hand directly into a bowl of acetone. Because of this, the skin on my fingertips became very dry and later started peeling -- something I've never experienced at other salons. On a positive note, the nail repair was done successfully and the final polish looked great. So while the end result was good, the process felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. If I return, I would schedule specifically with the technician I was originally referred to. I think my experience would have been smoother with someone more experienced.

I have to say I am picky about my fills & pedis and they relieved on both. This is one of the best pedicures I have ever had & I've had them all over the world!
