I hired DreamVision Media through Groupon for a 3- hour Photo Booth for my 21st birthday. I could…read morenot have made a better choice! Not only was Mike always efficient and accommodating in communication before the party, but he came an hour early to set everything up and then after the 3 hours, took everything down without a problem! The Photo Booth was a big hit! There was a large amount of props to chose from and use, including props specific to a 21st birthday. The social media kiosk made it easy for my friends and I to post our photo booth pictures to Facebook and I could email them to my mom so that she felt like she was there. Mike brought two backdrop options based off of my color scheme. The gold went really well with my customized photo strip (which DreamVision allowed me to create and then turned it into the photo strip background- so cool!). As stated in direct conversations with AJ he was our only videographer. When he brought concerns to…read moreus, we directed the wedding coordinator (employed by the venue) to handle them as the photographer was part of the venue package. Once the coordinator spoke to the photographer we never received another complaint from AJ. He continued to video throughout the night. I have multiple emails and messages from AJ assuring us we would receive a completed video, not just raw footage. There was never any information conveyed to us that the video was not "approved" by the executives. In fact I have no idea who those executives would even be since there was no communication that videos were reviewed. Promises were made repeatedly and never followed through. We were told in writing that AJ had spent money to "assure a one of a kind wedding video", that would be finalized by B Lucas (cousin of George Lucas). In our conversations I understood the final product could contain shots with interference from the photographer. AJ also put in writing that he would refund us and that never happened. This has been an almost two year adventure and AJ ceased communication months ago. It's interesting that his company is just now replying to an updated review made 7 months ago.
