This December I decided to propose to my girlfriend at the night of light's event in St Augustine. FL. Little did i know , I picked the busiest night of the year for the area! Crowds were everywhere and there was even a parade of boats covered in Christmas lights. Despite the challenges, Stephen stayed in constant contact, gave helpful suggestions and brought an assistant to help manage the crowd. In no way was October 25th communicated to families at any point, and this company is washing their hands of us and my son just won't be allowed to be in his senior yearbook. They had appointments available! Now my son will just not have his picture in the yearbook thanks to this company having a weird monopoly on the area. I'd go elsewhere.

Fortunately, Leonard's has put a subset of that population to work and they are producing the kind of photographic results only someone skilled in the art of operating a disposable camera can do! Think your iPhone produces passable portraits? Leonard's begs to differ. Making sure your child look as stately as Sloth from The Goonies is their specialty! And if you're wanting to see the results of those photos in the hopes of mitigating any quality problems before it impacts the school's production timeline, well, you're kind of out of luck. Leonard's has implemented an innovative approach to delaying digital photographic processing to match the speeds of early 20th century photography. So no hope there - but hey, someone has to keep the lone remaining Photomat in the former K-Mart parking lot in West-by-God-Virginia in business! If you're looking for vague, head-scratching communications that lead to endless loops of trying to view your photos that the email says are ready, but are in fact still in "processing", Leonard's has you covered. Who knows? You may have wanted to spend your day sitting on hold with a call center to verify the validity of the messages they're sending you. Leonard's wants to provide that personal touch that harkens back to the confusing times of yore. As the other reviews said, final payment was due the day before the event. Brian showed up and was very friendly and my family and friend welcomed him into my mother's home where we were getting ready for the ceremony. He even came to me during the reception to say it was one of the best weddings he has attended. We waited the 6 weeks to get our photos and all that was promised in the package before calling. Initially Brian said he needed more time, that he had 20 photos left to edit. Since it has been excuses of injury/surgery, hospital visits and eventual non-response to calls; my husband and I got voicemail to leave messages. We've sent emails and occasionally got responses from some representative/ editing consultant, and told 30+ photos still needed editing. To this day, NO PHOTOS! At this point it feels like we paid for a wedding crasher. Clearly a scammer. I do not recommend Final Touch Photograpy/Brian M. Sturtevant. Avoid at all costs! We will be taking action.
