Dr. Amy is a wonderful veterinarian. When our elderly dog needed teeth pulled and then was having…read morea difficult time coming out of anesthesia, she kept him overnight at her house so she could stay awake with him. When another dog needed to be put down, she was very compassionate, sitting and talking for a while until we both were ready. That was in September and we were told that we would have our dogs remains back within a couple of weeks. As she is mobile, there was no where for us to pick them up. She charged us nearly $500, (we paid her by check) - which was about $115 for the euthanasia and the remainder of that to get our dogs cremated remains back in an urn. It is now April, and after multiple phone calls and emails to this veterinarian we have not even received so much as a call back. When you call the business, you can only leave a message. When we called to have our dog put down, she was happy to come out within a day or two. Now, my husband and I have both called emailed her. I suppose if you are having some service done that doesn't require any follow up she may be okay. Other than that- forget it. Dr. Amy Coulter- you suck. Shame on you for not doing the right thing here and at least returning a phone call or email. In matters of the heart- she is no good.
