Once I opened up the wall, I realized I was in over my head. I didn't feel comfortable using a torch inside the wall and did not own the crimping tool for the incoming PEX water supply Lines. I searched for local plumbers on Yelp (on a Saturday afternoon) and requested quotes from several businesses. I received a message from Jommon pretty quickly and sent photos of the new faucet as well as the current state of disassembly in my bathroom. They told me they could give me a much more accurate estimate if they could come by to see it in person. To my utter SHOCK they asked if they could come by on Sunday to have a look! I was surprised to find that they do EVERYTHING plumbing related. I actually responded with a "thanks, but I need a hot water heater install" and they responded with "we do those!" After I gave them info on what I needed they gave me a quote for the install, which was very reasonable compared to just the two other companies that actually responded (with ridiculous quotes too - thousands to install a hot water heater?) The appointment was set and they texted they were on their way 15 minutes before the set arrival time. They arrived on time with the two most friendly and competent employees for any company I have worked with. The install was fast, but not so much that attention to detail was overlooked.
