I was surprised to find that they do EVERYTHING plumbing related. I actually responded with a "thanks, but I need a hot water heater install" and they responded with "we do those!" After I gave them info on what I needed they gave me a quote for the install, which was very reasonable compared to just the two other companies that actually responded (with ridiculous quotes too - thousands to install a hot water heater?) The appointment was set and they texted they were on their way 15 minutes before the set arrival time. They arrived on time with the two most friendly and competent employees for any company I have worked with. The install was fast, but not so much that attention to detail was overlooked. They explained everything they were doing, and asked if I had any questions about anything that was done. If every business dealing went this smooth we would have world-wide peace and no political conflicts. As CEO, I would promote these two or send them on a paid vacation. They were outstanding. Cant find the nozzle anywhere and all the neighbors are not home. I don't have a T Handle to shut off at the street!! Called these guys, explain issue and John says tech is in Needles and can be there 3-5p going to work me in!? I started to say Ill make some calls when he decided to call tech and see where he is amazing when you're going to lose a customer how now he can see what he can do. Then says 2-3p he'll be here, has to go to Home Depot in BHC for materials! Im thinking, seriously plumber doesn't have hose bibbs on truck?? 3p rolls around and no show/no call so I text for update and told oh he's maybe 15 min out, getting gas then be here. I asked him to make this make sense...you have a guy in Needles, Ca who could stop at Needles Hardware for a Hose Bibb but you're sending him to BHC Home Depot to get materials and you don't have him stop and at least turn water off on the way? I reminded him water is running down the driveway uncontrolled? He replies was sliding me in between already established schedule. Don't act like your'e doing me some big favor-----I had a F*****ing EMERGENCY and charging $190. for one hose bibb, should have priority but not with this outfit. A good scheduler knows how to make a company money and prioritize calls even emergencies. I ran a HVAC service dept for years and know emergencies take precedents over non-emergency scheduled calls and you take care of customers if you want good reviews, referrals and repeat business. The tech needs to be friendly he is the face of your company and at least crack a smile and say "hello", he made a bad impression. Sloppy work, slapped blue plumbers tape on HB and left about 8" of tape dangling and the manufacturers tag on the valve Oh and left the HD bag on the ground. This is NOT A COMMERCIAL SITE its my home. I had to ask if it could be removed, he speaks! ya you can take it off. Why should I the customer do that? He made zero attempt to take care of removing and stood and watched me and says "be careful" !!!! it was his job to clean up not mine. Lazy, crappy 15 minute job.... And the best part was, I asked if i could ask a question, he said ya. I said your dispatch said you were in Needles heading to HD in BHC, why didnt you go to Needles Hardware for hose bibb, don't you carry. He said ya I have them! Why go to HD in BHC for materials then? He said to get materials for another job. I said you passed by me and could have stopped and shut off water?? He claimed he got the call in Ft Mohave. I have Integrity and paid them $190.00, my gut didn't want to. DO BETTER!

I said if you fix my air NO PROBLEM.....he laughed and told me about eating his bait or something I said eww about...we hung up and then Tom calls...says he is about 45 mins aways... so started calling at around 11:30 am and approx by 1:30 Tom was there!!! Poor guy worked 4 days to fix our system... apparently J.B. HOMES SCREWED MORE THAN WE THOUGHT... But non the less Tom took care of us.... it wasn't cheap....but it's fixed. Heather is their office gal... I would love to meet her someday... she sounds adorable and was very helpful...she was my perfect middleman (lady)... and I constantly call her on her private cell and she is so nice.... doesn't get mad or be rude at my error.... Once I opened up the wall, I realized I was in over my head. I didn't feel comfortable using a torch inside the wall and did not own the crimping tool for the incoming PEX water supply Lines. I searched for local plumbers on Yelp (on a Saturday afternoon) and requested quotes from several businesses. I received a message from Jommon pretty quickly and sent photos of the new faucet as well as the current state of disassembly in my bathroom. They told me they could give me a much more accurate estimate if they could come by to see it in person. To my utter SHOCK they asked if they could come by on Sunday to have a look! I agreed and we set an appointment. Sunday morning, they arrived promptly. They were both very polite and professional. They were friendly and not at all condescending, which is honestly hard to find sometimes as a woman.
