It's so zen, serene, and quiet, with a real sense of tranquility the moment you walk in. I spent about an hour and a half just wandering around, reading the little cards that explain the benefits of each herb. It's incredibly educational. Andrew was working that day, and he was wonderful. So kind, warm, and knowledgeable. He shared the longan and goji berry tea with me, and I ended up purchasing the jasmine pearl green tea and the longan tea. The jasmine pearl has become part of my morning ritual, it's absolutely delicious. And I'm completely obsessed with the longan. I snack on it, add it to my tea, and even sprinkle it on salads. It's that good. The cafe area is beautiful too, with gorgeous artistic teacups on display. By the end of my visit, I signed up as a member, and they gave me the most beautiful gift I've ever received from a store: a teacup with a diffuser and cover, along with the very tea I'd just purchased. I couldn't wait to get home and pour myself a cup. This was such a meaningful and wonderful experience, and I can't wait to go back and bring some of my girlfriends with me.

Sogang? More like So-Bor-ing…read more I came in using a gift certificate my friend bought me, specifically booking reflexology because my feet are absolutely killing me. I confirmed my request over the phone, at the front desk, and again with the masseuse. Instead, I was given a generic Swedish massage that felt incredibly lazy, and did absolutely nothing for my foot pain, the entire reason I came in. The masseuse was polite, but clearly disengaged, and worked with the effort of someone who was already done for the day. For a "full body" massage, he completely missed my shoulders, my head, large portions of my legs, and spent about 15 seconds on my neck. My arms and hands were also severely neglected. The "foot massage" portion was almost exclusively stretching. Hardly any effort at all. I've gotten better massages from my cat when she kneads on my back. I drove 45 minutes each way and left with the same pain I arrived with. When I brought this up with the front desk, the two men working didn't put any effort into finding a solution. They just took my friend's certificate, and tucked it away. I was told they'd do reflexology "next time", as if I was ever going to come back. If a business advertises reflexology, they should actually provide it when a customer books it. Extremely disappointing, borderline insulting experience, and not at all worth the time or funds. My friend spent good money on this gift certificate, and it was wasted on a service I never received. At the very least, they should refund her. TL;DR: I didn't get what I ordered, and what I got fell completely short. Zero stars. Zero effort.
