After reading such positive reviews (future couples, I hope this helps!) it was clear that AFE was our dream team. We were paired with Rachel as our main coordinator, and enjoyed our monthly calls and AFE's planning tools to really keep us on track. As the wedding inched closer, we unironically started calling Rachel our fairy godmother, because there really is no other way to describe how she helped us. There was not a single call, text, or 7th email of the day that Rachel so much as batted an eye at. I never knew that I would be SO calm on my wedding day, because I never imagined that every minute detail would truly be accounted for; Rachel made this our reality. Well this is definitely one of those times where I was more than pleasantly surprised, I was ecstatic about the way it had turned out! They really took their time to ensure that the feel and the movement of the video matched the types of songs and preserved the "feel" of our wedding day. If I could only have either a photographer or a videographer, without a doubt I would pick the videographer. Everyone has complimented us so much because of our wedding video, and looking back I would have regretted it if we had not opted to have a videographer record it. The people there are friendly and professional. I didn't run into any issues with them at all when asking all the questions i had asked, followed by even more questions..... Some people may say, "Oh just have a friend record it......" My advise would be Absolutely Do Not have a friend record it! It was worth every penny, even more than our wedding photographers (although he is good, one photographer is not enough) We may not even need a wedding album now, because we have such an amazing wedding video! I would wholeheartedly recommend (1) having a videographer, and (2) hiring Keith from Poetic Productions. There are certain things that photography just can capture--the emotion in my father's voice during his toast, my husband rubbing my hands as we're saying our vows, and the raw emotion when reading the card that my husband wrote me before we headed to the church. In researching videographers, I came across really cheesy/poorly done work (but cheap) and high-tech/movie-quality/EXPENSIVE options. Keith strikes the right balance in that his work is very professional, artistic and emotional, while also being very affordable. I hired Tiffany as my wedding planner for my upcoming destination. Although my future husband and I are not getting married until February 2020, I have already seen the hard work that she puts into weddings. In this short time that we have been engaged, she has managed to help me locate a resort, wedding venue, provided several photographers for me to choose from, and has located a videographer. For all of these potential vendors she has secured their pricing and/or contracts and has been the main contact person with them. Essentially, I've had to do nothing. So far, this planning process has been easy breezy. But let's talk about my engagement party. My future hubby and I planned an engagement party in order for our families to officially meet. The party was everything!!!! Although not required, Tiffany managed to come to the party. Not only did she come, but she couldn't help but to make sure everything was in place and executed perfectly. This shows her dedication to her brides. In no way was she required to come to the party, but not only did she come, she made sure that I stayed stress free.
