The team at NYE events was fantastic to work with from start to finish. I had a great first consultation on what I was looking for and was paired with Tempris, who I cannot say enough good things about. She is kind and thorough and truly made me feel supported and confident that all of our plans would be executed. She is both professional and warm and it was a true joy to spend the day with her! I wholeheartedly recommend NYE and am so grateful to Tempris and the rest of the team. read more

Caitlyn has been such a joy to work with! We are recommending them left and right to all of our soon-to-be-wed friends. They seriously took so much weight off our shoulders. Our friends and family have been telling us that our wedding was the best one they have attended! They were instrumental in that success. Highly recommend NYE and Caitlyn for any type of planning, especially hiring a Day of Coordinator! Money well spent. read more

If I could give more than five stars, I would. We hired Naturally Yours Events for our day-of coordination for our ~130 person wedding, and it was the best decision we ever made. If you're reading these reviews and wondering if you should reach out to them for your wedding: Yes, you should. When an event is executed flawlessly, it's most likely because someone was doing a lot of hard work behind the scenes to make sure everything goes smoothly. In our case, we were so lucky that that person was Mel. My husband and I were able to let go and revel in the celebration, and we couldn't have done that without Mel's careful coordination. She was so well organized, communicative, calm, and patient throughout the whole process. She does so much more than just show up on the day of the event. She started working with us weeks before to make sure we had everything in order for the big day (vendors, contracts, timelines, seating charts, logistics, rings, gifts, wardrobe, wedding license, photography shot lists, and on, and on, and on). As we got closer to the event, she oversaw the logistics, corresponding with all the vendors, making sure there weren't any communication gaps, and ensuring everyone knew where to go and when to be there. She and her assistant even set out all of my DIY decorations. No matter what your budget is, hiring a day-of coordinator will help to ensure that you get the most value out of the cost of your wedding. My husband and I, our guests, and our friends were able to be fully present on our wedding day, and it was such a gift. We had time to taste the food, drink our wine, dance, and spend time with our guests, and we couldn't have done that if Mel hadn't been there to oversee all of the details throughout the day. read more

TLDR; Even if you think you have the day "covered", you will not regret hiring Naturally Yours Events! Their team was incredibly helpful, kind, and organized. Our wedding ran on time (and even ahead of schedule) with the help of our coordinator, Zo. Cannot recommend them enough! While planning our wedding, my fiance and I were convinced we didn't need a professional planning company to help us. Both of us had planned events in previous jobs - how different could a wedding be? Once we were a month out from the big day, we realized the small details were becoming far too overwhelming. With only a month left before our wedding, we desperately reached out to Naturally Yours Events after being recommended them by a friend. And boy- did they come to the rescue! Their team replied to our inquiry within a day or two and we had our first phone call set up within 72 hours. We told them everything we had planned up until that point and shared some of our initial hesitancy about hiring a professional day of coordinator. Carlene let us know exactly what services would be provided and eased our panic about how last minute we had left this decision. With great confidence, we moved forward with their Honeydew Package. This package was SO worth it! Beyond actual coordination day-of, our lead coordinator Zo provided us with planning tools that helped us stay organized and on track with all of our tasks. She also provided frequent calls to check in and held us accountable on our agreed upon due dates. She was flexible with our month-long timeline and showed up to help us in full force. The actual day of the wedding, Zo had us running on time or AHEAD of schedule. Many brides/grooms talk about how they did not have time to really take in their weddings or have a private moment with their spouse on the actual day. This was not the case on our day at all. Zo ensured we were able to really soak in every moment by handling all the details that arose the day of. She was a superstar and we can't recommend her enough. You may be the most put together/Type A/event expert person on the planet, but Naturally Yours Events will take your hard work and take it to the next level with their passionate team. read more

One of the best decisions we made while planning our wedding was to hire a "day-of" coordinator, and I couldn't have imagined a better person to have in our corner than Lizzie. Lizzie brings such a joyful energy to the stressful time that is wedding planning, and I felt so much better about the planning process with the tools from NYE and Lizzie's guidance and assistance. Lizzie had an answer for every question we had, and when we ran into some issues after the wedding totally unrelated to Lizzie and NYE, she stepped in to help us coordinate with our vendors and to get things resolved smoothly and professionally. I couldn't recommend NYE enough! read more

Saying that Kristen is the BEST wedding planner is an understatement and we cannot think of the best word to describe how amazing she is. She is sweet, punctual, professional, attentive, and everything that you can ask for in a wedding planner. She also gave us an extensive list of vendors, which goes to show how knowledgable she is, and helped us to create the dream team that made our day SO SO special. She really made sure that our big day was as perfect as it was and we cannot thank her enough! THANK YOU SO MUCH to Kristen once again and we hope to work with you (again) in the future! read more

Let me share this from the perspective of people who never wanted to hire a wedding planner .... ( but our venue required it. ) First, my wife and I wanted to find a company that's inclusive to ALL kinds of love. Naturally Yours fit the bill. During our introductory phone call, they asked for my pronouns, which really made a positive impression on me that they would care about that area. They found a price package that made sense for us. We went with the "Day Of Plus" ... which guarantees all the important support on the day of your wedding, plus additional meetings to plan thru decor/design. Our first real meeting was with Tempris. And she was great! For two people who never wanted to hire a wedding planner ... we had such a fun time creating our "vision board" ... (that we didn't know even existed for weddings) ... but became super helpful in handing over to possible florists and Photo Booth vendors, even our venue. Tempris was so kind and helpful. She sent us on our way after that meeting, feeling well-equipped to hire vendors. A few months later, we were paired with our lead coordinator, Liz, and she was a great fit for us as a couple. How important is that? Super important ... think about it, Liz became our "third wheel" in almost everything in the planning process. Who wants to hang with a "dud" third wheel? :) ... Naturally Yours works to pair couples with their planner in this way...based on phone calls, bio information ... they can guess what will and won't work. Liz was exceptional. Positive energy, responsive, very detail-oriented, and compassionate. During the final few months, she made key suggestions and observations of changes that needed to be made .. big and small. (And things we wouldn't have thought about) Wedding Day? Liz was our MVP. She went above and beyond coordinating so many things. Stopped by our hotel to say hello to everyone getting ready, communicating with our vendors in what was probably 1500 text messages/emails back and forth ... and not all of them were easy to coordinate with! She did everything with a smile and an exceptional attitude. And the best part? Because of Liz ... we only had to think about getting married. She handled everything else ...from laying out our change of shoes (heels to Nikes of course) :) , finding an Uber late for my family, to taking awesome photos and interacting with our vendors and guests in such a fun and natural way. She kept our night rolling ... in a timely and organized, seamless manner. We had a short ceremony, so we didn't rehearse. But I'll never forget Liz coming up to us (separately) with some guided advice on what will work best ... and then the final piece of guidance, handed over with a smile: "Breathe. You're getting married. It's going to be awesome." And it was. The best night of our lives. Thanks to Naturally Yours. We didn't want you at first, and now couldn't imagine our wedding without you. :) 5++++ stars read more

Review from Alexa & Jake: We LOVE Carlene! We interviewed five planners and instantly knew that we wanted to work with Naturally Yours. Carlene's friendly, yet calm demeanor put us at ease. Importantly, she is experienced, honest, objective, detail oriented, and a great listener. During our meetings, we always felt like a priority and that she genuinely cared about us. She helped us think through everything we wanted (or could want) for our wedding - as well as what we wouldn't need - so we could craft a day that was joyous, meaningful, and authentically ours. We hired Naturally Yours for partial planning, which included things like a planning timeline, budget, vendors and contract reviews, and day-of timeline. More than that, Carlene was indispensable as our trusted advisor and sounding board. She was never pushy, always honest, and we knew she had our best interests at heart. For example, she steered us away from decisions that would be costly and/or poor quality, enabling us to make the most of our budget (which isn't always easy in Chicago). Carlene helped us make decisions especially during the challenge of postponements and public health mandates amid Covid. At every step of the way, Carlene was quick to respond to emails, happy to jump on calls with us, and answered our many, many questions without missing a beat. She also advocated for us when needed. It was a pleasure to plan with her for an extra year! On the day of the wedding, we were surrounded by incredible vendors all recommended by Naturally Yours. Carlene and Kristen worked magic behind the scenes. Carlene came prepared for everything, from fixing Jake's boutonniere to sewing Alexa's bustle. Alexa forgot her dad's gift at the hotel; Carlene got it to us before walking down the aisle. The photos of Alexa and her dad at that moment are some of the most precious from the day - and they wouldn't exist without Carlene. Our guests complimented how smoothly everything ran. The whole day was on time, and flowed thoughtfully. Naturally Yours is an incredible value add for your wedding. And they're a member of the Green Wedding Alliance, which is a bonus. read more

Kristen Stewart was our planner and we had such a blast working with her! She made sure we kept on schedule and was super flexible with our work schedules for meetings, for which we are forever grateful. She understood our vision perfectly and recommended that I have a heart shaped bouquet (it was awesome) and encouraged us to include our dog in the ceremony (also awesome). We don't know how we could have possibly orchestrated such a grand occasion without her guiding us. "I literally don't know what we would have done without her" -my HUSBAND just now. Oh my goodness if there were more stars I would give them! We planned our wedding through NYE's Neighborhood Nuptials and couldn't be happier with our choice and with them. Kristen was amazing. She was attentive to our needs and patiently answered all of our many questions every step of the way. I cannot recommend them enough. Neighborhood Nuptials was the answer we needed to our COVID wedding. From beginning to end they upheld precautions and kept us, themselves, and all of our guest as safe as possible. All the thoughtful additions made it to where I never once felt like I was missing out by not having a big wedding. My wife and I could not be happier. If you are considering a small Intimate wedding look no further... you won't regret it! Thank you NYE for making our dream day come true. read more

Katie Liang was our wedding coordinator and we are so grateful! She effortlessly coordinated all of our vendors and our wedding day was perfect. At the end of the day, our cheeks hurt from smiling so much. If there were any hiccups, we were not aware because the whole day was great. We used Naturally Yours Events for our wedding this past weekend, and Liz Breen was our wedding planner. Liz was AMAZING. From our first meeting to the big night, Liz was fun, organized, professional, and totally on top of everything. She allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our night, and we could not have gotten through it without her. Liz anticipated our needs, shared helpful advice and suggestions, and was an absolute joy to work with. We couldn't recommend her, and Naturally Yours Events, more! Thank you so much!!! read more

Naturally yours and Mel did such a good job to make our wedding so special, and sustainable. They worked with us to make sure everything we needed turned out amazing, the wedding went so smoothly it flew by! Mel was incredible, was super helpful and nice and put any worries we had at ease. She also helped setup a day after brunch with short notice which was also fantastic. I would highly recommend using naturally yours for your wedding or other events, they are pros and the people are the best around! read more

If I could give Naturally Yours Events 10 stars I would! My wife and I worked with Liz and Sarah and they did a wonderful job for our wedding. We literally could not have done it without them!! I would call them the glue that held it all together. Liz and Sarah went above and beyond to make our special day an absolute success. There was rain in the forecast for our outdoor wedding and Liz came up with multiple contingencies for the ceremony if the weather didn't cooperate. Kristen was SO great to work with! Friendly from the start, sincere and a great listener. We utilized NYE's day of services along with two pre-wedding meetings to help with "look". Liz B. and the staff at Naturally Yours Events were amazing to work with! We utilized the "day of event wedding coordination" are are so thankful to Liz and her team! Where do I even begin? Kristen wowed me from our first phone call with her thoughtful questions and genuine enthusiasm, and it only got better from there. We engaged NYE for "day-of" coordination, but it was SO much more than that. My (now) husband and I had an incredibly thorough introductory meeting with Kristen months before our wedding date, and another two weeks before in which she walked us through every single detail of how we wanted our wedding to go. I had been feeling very overwhelmed by the entire wedding planning process at that point, but Kristen made all the little details fall into place gracefully. Not only did she make every decision easy, it was clear every step of the way that she wanted what was best for US. She knew exactly when to make recommendations (on things we weren't sure about like timing, tables, etc.) and when to execute exactly what we knew we wanted (like helping me surprise my groom with a cake based on our favorite TV show and catching his reaction on camera). Kristen helped us with ever-changing hair + makeup timelines, bridal party email templates, complicated contracts, and just about every single detail you can imagine goes into planning a wedding. On the actual day, I felt her presence more than I saw her, because she was off ensuring everything ran perfectly--which it did. We had the wedding of our dreams thanks to Kristen and her team (all of whom are super sweet and professional). CANNOT RECOMMEND NYE ENOUGH!!! read more

After interviewing with a few different wedding coordinator groups, we decided to go with Lauren from NYE. We have zero regrets with this decision! We actually signed the contract without meeting Lauren in-person, but after a few minutes on the phone with her, we knew it was going to be a great fit and that she knew what she was doing. We hired Lauren for the 2-month lead up and for day-of coordination. This was money well spent. We had busy schedules with work, and she kept on track with all the details. We had two in-person meetings with her that were very thorough. She pointed out so many things that we would not have considered on our own. She was also a great help in providing opinions for various vendors as we were trying to make final decisions. At our final walk through meeting at the venue, she was in full control, asking questions that we would not have thought of. Her attention to detail was amazing and much appreciated. As for the day-of, all went perfectly! If there were any hiccups, we were not aware of them. Everything was coordinated down to about every 5 minutes. Between the 3 meetings we had with Lauren, we had a detailed timeline for our day, which was extremely helpful both for ourselves and for sending to our families and wedding parties. Would recommend them to anyone getting married! (Same review left on The Knot) read more

We worked with Mel for our wedding, and the big day came together perfectly! We booked day-of coordination, but Naturally Yours Events works with you to provide support and ideas from the moment you book them. The planning tool helped us to get organized and easily communicate with Mel. We met with Mel several times on Zoom and were confident that there would be no surprises the day of our wedding. One of my favorite things was that Naturally Yours takes care of correspondence with all other vendors in the weeks leading up to the event. The week of my wedding so many friends and family told me that I seemed surprisingly calm for someone whose wedding was in a week, and it was totally because I knew Mel had everything under control. And there is no experience like walking into your wedding reception to see your vision executed PERFECTLY. We received so many compliments on food, decor, music, etc., and Mel kept everyone on schedule while also being an incredibly upbeat cheerleader all day long. When my friends getting married ask for recommendations, NYE is top of my list! read more

Carlene was our wedding planner for our wedding on 9/16/17 and our wedding day went off without a hitch! We mainly worked with Carlene but also interacted with her associate Kristen who was excellent. I was a very nervous bride and Carlene helped put me at ease. She is absolutely excellent at dealing with vendors and somehow always made things happen. If you're debating whether or not you need help on your wedding day, let me tell you- I was so grateful to have Carlene's assistance throughout the wedding planning process because otherwise I probably would have lost it! Carlene possesses a lot of knowledge about the industry and she has an excellent team helping her out. I would especially recommend NYE if you have multiple moving pieces to your wedding. Thanks, Carlene and team!! read more

My husband and I said this again and again: hiring Carlene (and NYE) was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We went with full wedding planning, and it was the right choice for us. It's difficult to plan a wedding when you're not sure how much each potential vendor may cost, and you want to be mindful of budget. I am the type of person to endlessly research vendors and reach zero decisions (hello, recovering perfectionist!) and Carlene helped allay my fears and feel empowered to make decisions. Not only did she help us assemble a killer team of vendors (all of whom I would recommend or book again in a heartbeat), but she also helped us stay in budget and save on many wedding-related expenses. Carlene is so detail-oriented! During all our vendor meetings, she kept everything on track and asked questions we never would have thought of. She was persistent in making sure we got everything we wanted before contracts were signed, and also proactive in making sure there was no confusion between any of the parties involved. She's smart about scheduling vendor meetings/interviews: we were able to make all our venue visits in one day, and interview all our potential photographers in one block. It made it much easier to make decisions when comparing everyone in the same block of time. Another thing I really like about NYE is they have this awesome planning tool. If you like spreadsheets, you will LOVE this. Your budget, your vendor comparisons, your actual costs, your guest list, etc. are housed in one location. This also enables Carlene and NYE to take complete charge in the weeks leading up to the wedding so you don't have to worry about these details. I started a new job mere days before my wedding, and knowing that Carlene was handling all the internal communication for all our vendors was a huge weight off my chest. Also, our wedding turned out so beautiful! She executed our vision perfectly, and the day of our wedding, my husband and I were able to focus on each other and our families and guests. When you're spending more than a year planning an event, you want to be able to actually enjoy it! Hire Carlene/the NYE team. Truly, even though this may feel like yet another expense at the outset of the planning process, they will help you save your budget according to your priorities, and also help you save your sanity. read more

As a former event planner (non-wedding), I couldn't imagine hiring a wedding coordinator, but Kristen at NYE was the best decision of our wedding. I interviewed a few coordinators in the process of hiring, and Kristen was a clear choice for me. She was someone who I instantly knew had her "sh*t" together, but also someone that I wanted to be friends with after the wedding. From the first to the last meeting, email, phone call, etc. Kristen NEVER failed to impress me... I couldn't have done it better myself. She incredibly communicative, HONEST in the BEST way, and super helpful and friendly when helping to drive any decisions. She made the big day something I'll never forget as I didn't have to worry about a thing. You know they say that something always goes wrong - but NOTHING WENT WRONG. Not a thing - and I give all of the kudos to Kristen. She's magic! read more

After talking with several different coordinators, we chose to hire Kristen at Naturally Yours Events as our day-of-coordinator for our wedding. She was an absolute dream to work with! From day one, Kristen was always there to answer any questions we had and offer suggestions when needed. Her responses were always prompt, extremely clear and organized, and tailored specifically to our needs. She kept us on track throughout the process. Meeting with Kristen as our wedding date neared was always fun, relaxed, and relieving. Early on, she provided an amazing, comprehensive planning tool that we would review, fill in together, and update as changes were made. She worked with all of our vendors, so we didn't have to worry about a thing during the chaotic weeks leading up to the big day. With Kristen, we were always on the same page and truly felt like she was our partner, and friend, in planning the wedding of our dreams. She completely understood our vision and helped put the pieces together to bring it to fruition. On our rehearsal and actual wedding day, we were blown away with how smoothly EVERYTHING went! Kristen made sure no detail was missed and was proactive in keeping to our timeline. To be honest, we didn't even notice she was there the majority of the time because she did everything so seamlessly behind the scenes. My husband and I were able to truly enjoy every aspect of our wedding thanks to Kristen's coordination. We cannot recommend her enough, and if you are lucky enough to work with her, you will completely understand why! read more

Carlene and her team made planning a wedding in a pandemic a very smooth experience. From our first meeting, we felt like this was the right match for us. Carlene takes the time to get to know her couples as people and not just as clients. First and foremost, her priority is to make sure the wedding is carried out with our vision. In spite of everything going on the world, her ability to pivot in this current environment and continue to provide excellent services made it all worth it. Her knowledge of how to plan an event that incorporates sustainability and eco-friendly products was exactly the expertise we were looking for to make our wedding happen. She trusts her vendors and they all delivered flawlessly. Carlene is incredibly collaborative and her realist outlook made it easy for us to stay within our budget and carry out a wedding that exceeded our expectations. read more

I cannot recommend NYE (particularly Lauren) enough. My wife and I were very reluctant to spend money on a wedding coordinator, but after our venue abruptly shut down 4 months in advance of our wedding, we decided that we would need the extra help. We ended up going with Lauren at Naturally Yours, and couldn't be happier. We met with her about 3 times in the months leading up to the events, each about 1-2 hours long. She made sure to take into account our exact vision of the wedding, and hammered out all of the details we would have never even thought of. I can't even begin to describe how amazing Kristen and the whole team at Naturally Yours Events is. I wish I could give Kristen six stars!! When I began my wedding planning, I wanted to spend as little money as possible. Cutting costs and making sure I was choosing vendors that were necessary and were price-appropriate were huge. At first, I really didn't think I needed a wedding planner, but I was so wrong. I can't imagine my wedding without Kristen, and I know my amazing day would not have been possible without her assistance and care. Kristen was like a friend throughout the entire process, and assisted me in every possible way, from offering a detailed and customizable wedding planning tool, to email and telephone assistance, and helpful checklists that ensured I didn't forget anything for the day of. Carlene is amazing. My now wife and I were on the fence about the financial cost of hiring a wedding planner when we started our planning journey two years ago, but not a week went by when we didn't say to each other how glad we were to have made that decision. We went with NYE's partial planning service, and I think our only regret may have been not biting the bullet and going all in. Carlene really spends time to get to know you and you get to know her a little bit along the way too. We matched on our values around sustainability and loved that Carlene was able to help us find other "green" friendly vendors. She can be quite the general at times, but only in the best ways and when you really need it. Without her help, guidance and support, I have no idea what our wedding would have been like, but I'm confident it would not have been anywhere near as perfect as ours turned out to be. The day of our actual wedding was amazing. My wife and I looked at each other multiple times in awe, "I don't know how anyone does this without a Carlene" we would say to each other. It was unanimously recommended to have a "day of coordinator," and we couldn't agree more. Kristen and NYE were 100% worth it. We shopped around getting recommendations from vendors and friends. We were drawn in by NYE website complete with their mission statement, core values and planner bios. Our initial phone call was with Kristen, and her enthusiasm and talent for her job were immediately evident. Her organization, attention to detail, energy and professionalism were top notch. If we ever had a question or needed an opinion on a decision, Kristen provided honest, helpful information gleaned from her extensive experience. We completely trusted her. She was a great mix of personal and professional. Also to note, our wedding happened at the onset of COVID-19 in early-mid March 2020. Kristen worked double time in the last 3-4 days communicating between us and our various vendors as the last minute cancellations came rolling in. She put us, our families and friends at ease. She handled everything, never missing a beat, and always with a great attitude. We would hire her again in an instant and recommend her to anyone needing help with planning any event. I know exactly why you're here. You're planning your wedding and wondering if you really need a day-of coordinator's help. After all, you're organized and you have plenty of people out there who are "willing to help"........ I'm here to tell you, yes, yes you do. I was just like you, trying to decide if a day of coordinator would really be worth it, and honestly, hiring Naturally Yours was probably the smartest money we spent on the wedding. Thanks to them I had the wedding of my dreams on 12/13/14. They were able to take a wedding that could have been absolute chaos (smaller venue holding both ceremony and reception in the winter) and turn it into a dream. I originally met with Carlene and immediately liked her and the premise of Naturally Yours. Unfortunately she was already booked for a wedding on my day, but their up-and-coming planner Jessie was still available and thank god she was. Let me tell you, there are not enough superlatives out there for me to express how wonderful Jessie is. She is incredibly nice and friendly but will absolutely kick ass to get your wedding perfect for you. She wants to know exactly how you envision your day to be and will work her hardest to make sure that vision comes true. I'm definitely what you would call a Type A personality, so at first I had a bit of trouble handing over the reigns. Once I got to know Jessie and realized how awesome she was at this whole wedding planning stuff, I had no problem trusting her to take care of all the details and she did such an amazing job. She set up our decorations beautifully - I actually gasped when I first walked into the venue, I was so shocked at how great it looked. Also, she took care of everything. I'm sure things went wrong that day because there were a ton of moving pieces, but I don't know of a single one. Jessie just handled everything (even making sure my wine glass was adequately filled) so I was able to relax and actually enjoy all of my wedding. I can't recommend them enough. Stop whatever you're doing right now and call / email / hire these women. read more

Can I give 11 stars? I trust Kristen with my life. She is organized, supportive, an advocate, a calming presence. She gets it done, she makes it fun. She saw our vision of our wedding and she made it happen. Imagine your wedding without Kristen checking in, smiling at you, taking care of you and putting out fires (no real fires... that I know of!!) at a moments notice. I couldn't possibly! She is the talk of the bridal party. Everyone LOVES her and we love her more. I can't say enough about her wonderful personality, her professionalism, her planning, her execution, her communication... everything. If anything started to go wayward she was already fixing it by the time we found out. I'll never stop thanking her and complimenting her and appreciating her. I'll gladly tell the world of the legend of Kristen. We could not have done this without you, Kristen. Thank you for making our dreams come true! Thank you Carlene, the bringer of Kristen. Carlene is everything we hoped for and more. Our wedding was absolutely flawless and we know that couldn't have been possible without her and her assistant Lauren. We hired Carlene as our "day-of coordinator" but she was anything but that. She helped us a few months before the wedding making sure all our ducks were in a row, managing all our vendors, making sure we had plans to get all tasks completed. She is so organized, yet cool, calm and collected. She is who you want by your side on your wedding day! On my wedding day, after 15 months of planning, I got so sick that I ended up in the emergency room getting IV's just to make it through my day. Carlene was contacted and handled it. She contacted all vendors giving them a heads up of my horrific situation and remained calm. Thankfully, I ended up being okay and making my wedding and all events on time. I am so thankful to Carlene and her assistant Lauren. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!! If you don't think you need a wedding planner of a day of coordinator, you're wrong!! You do - thank me later!! read more

My husband and I worked with Lauren West at Naturally Yours Events for partial planning services for our October 2020 wedding... which turned into a June 2021 wedding! Starting at our very first meeting, Lauren did an excellent job of listening to my husband and I and really understanding what was important to us for our wedding. She was professional, very organized, and was great about reminding us of details that we would have certainly otherwise overlooked. When we had to postpone our wedding due to Covid-19, Lauren and Carlene were very understanding and helped us through the process of contacting all our vendors to reschedule. In the months that followed, Lauren was great about keeping in touch, even when we were very unsure of whether our wedding would even happen. Leading up to our wedding day, Lauren became an amateur public health expert and stayed on top of all the latest rules and restrictions. She kept us optimistic and focussed on planning a safe celebration that still incorporated the elements that were most important to us. Our wedding day was more wonderful than we ever hoped for (even pre-Covid!) and everything went off without a hitch, in no small part due to Lauren's planning, hard work, and wrangling behind the scenes! We cannot recommend Lauren West and Naturally Yours Events highly enough! read more

I 100% assumed going into wedding planning that we would get judged by any coordinator for having a lower-than-average budget. But Kristen made us feel like we were planning the social event of the season. She was absolutely the type-a, can-do attitude that I was looking for. Everything got done and I have no clue what problems might have happened that night. I can only imagine the stressed out mess I would have been without her! read more

When the planner provided by our venue turned out to be below par, my husband and I made the decision to look for a Day of Coordinator for our wedding. We were both unsure about spending money we weren't already counting on spending, but once we met Carlene and her team we knew it would be more than worth it. Looking back -- I would have spent double Carlene's rate if I had to. That's just how good she was and how intrical she was in pulling off our dream wedding. As a Day-of client, I assumed we would have minimal contact until right before the wedding. I was wrong about that. Carlene worked with us frequently for almost 2 months leading up to the big day. When our wedding came I knew everything would be taken care of and all I had to do was enjoy the day. It was priceless to be able to enjoy the day and know that someone else has got it covered. If you're on the fence about hiring a DOC, just go for it. It will be the best money you ever spent. Go with Carlene and Naturally Yours Events and you will be golden. read more
