I had also imagined a tent but I never imagined it would be such a large tent. Thanks to Reliable Tent Rental, our 100x40 tent with a 20x18 dance floor, tables and chairs made our wedding experience easy peasy. Jesse offered helpful 3D drawings and insight during our first discussions of tent sizes and needs. Day-of his crew was timely and efficient. They aren't the most friendly crew but they get the job done ;) We were very happy with the results. (note: we price compared with three businesses before selecting Reliable).

The company lived up to its name; Jesse was very patient with our questions, the crew was prompt, and everything came as advertised. In fact, I can attest to how sturdy their tents are because we had a wind and rain storm blow through during the ceremony. We had two tents, one for the ceremony and one for the reception. Price-wise I can't compare it to many others in the Northwest/western Ohio area, but it seemed fair to me given how much labor goes into setting up the tents. Excellent customer service! Thanks Reliable Rental!

Unfortunately the roses, all of them, appeared to have been frost bitten were delivered on Sat. By Sun it was clear they were inferior quality. By Mon droopy and Tues I pulled them out. Maybe they thought they could get rid of bad flowers cause the order originated from out of state. I phoned to let them know the flowers were inferior quality, did not even last till Mother's Day. I was accused of placing them near to heat or cold, maybe I did not water them. I kept them on quartz countertop. So if you're sending flowers, run fast, run far from the Flower Loft.

I had one bad experience 10-15 years ago, but every other time they provided a piece of equipment that started quickly, ran reliably, and functioned as needed. The service is friendly and helpful and if you rent it on Friday after 1:30 pm you can have it as a one day rental until Monday morning. I recommend them.

My only complaint is for the gentleman in the shop who was polite, but doesn't understand customer service. What kind of equipment rental place rents you an engine hoist and then tells you that "they don't give the handle for the jack because people don't bring it back". Any decent equipment rental place knows how to inspect their equipment before the person who rented it leaves, so they have more than enough time to see if there is a handle or not. Not only that, but I had to put a $50 deposit down to rent the equipment on top of rental fees. What? You're telling me I have to put $50 down on a piece of equipment that isn't complete? What is that $50 for if not for covering broken and damaged equipment? I would have no problem paying a deposit if the equipment I rent is whole. Mind you this is after I had to come back because whoever put the hoist up left the ram on its side and all the fluid leaked out, and I was accused of leaving the ram on its side in the bed of my friend's truck. I got to my place, put the hoist together only to realize that i must have forgotten the jack handle and the ram only went up about 6" only to hit a dead spot. Called them and the guy on the phone asked if I left the ram on its side while transporting it and told him that it was on its side at their facility. No problem, polite on the phone, straight to the point. Got there, he filled the ram with fluid and even made the comment that it took a lot of fluid. That's when I asked about the handle and got the comment I got. What a pile of shit.
