Absolutely Wonderful Experience -- Highly Recommend Kevin!…read more We had such a wonderful experience with Kevin from Luxury Assured Airport Transportation! From beginning to end, he went above and beyond to make sure our family was comfortable, safe, and completely taken care of. Kevin was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. He helped us with all of our luggage, had cold bottles of water waiting for us, and his car was absolutely beautiful -- spotless, comfortable, and smelled amazing. He even let us choose the music we wanted to listen to, which was such a nice personal touch. What impressed me most was how thoughtful he was with our family. We were traveling with our 18-month-old and our 15-year-old daughter, and Kevin made the entire experience easy and stress-free. He stayed in communication with us, made sure we always knew exactly what the plan was, and everything went incredibly smoothly. We arrived at the airport on time and were brought home safely and on time as well. At no point did we feel rushed or worried -- we genuinely felt safe, cared for, and in good hands. You can tell Kevin truly cares about the people he drives and takes pride in his business. After dealing with the stress that can come with traveling, having someone this dependable and kind made such a difference for our family. I would 100% use Kevin again and recommend Luxury Assured Airport Transportation to anyone looking for reliable, clean, comfortable, and professional transportation. Thank you, Kevin, for taking such great care of our family!

The updates and the communications were thoughtful. The car service also shared their explicit covid cleaning protocol which I appreciated. My driver, Mandip was kind, on -time, a wonderful driver, and quiet. The car was unscented, classy, and very clean. The radio was on news and loud talking during the drive, but i suggested something more quiet for the morning drive. Over all, the price was affordable for a stellar service. I highly recommend Mehar services and will continue to use them on future work trips.

About 2 years ago, a few…read moreminutes before my scheduled pickup, I received a call from the driver stating that "he must have hit something" and his car was all messed up. I'm not sure if he was drinking or something, because with the damage he had, there was my way he would t know what he hit. I decided to give them another chance, and once again, they disappointed. 10 minutes before scheduled for pickup, I receive another call (same driver), that his vehicle overheated this time. Now I have to scramble with my entire family to get to the airport before we miss our flight. The drivers answer to me "no one is answering his calls, I should give the company hell when I get back". The only call I receive from them, is to see if I still want my return trip to pick me up. Nothing else, they could care less about the inconvenience caused. There are a lot of companies that provide this service, I highly suggest you find "Any other one"
