Everyone was friendly and professional and genuinely interested in doing their best work. Kim patiently answered all of my questions and made it clear that she wanted me to be happy with the result. They were respectful of our property and asked for our feedback throughout the process. Kurt also kept a keen eye on the safety of both his crew and our property. The team works incredibly well together--it was almost like watching a well-choreographed dance as they got the job done efficiently, carefully, and remarkably quickly. I can only say great things about our experience with Benedict Tree & Stump Removal. We highly recommend them--and this isn't the first time!

The owners looked everything over, said all the right things regarding how the work would be completed and said they would do the job in 2 or 3 weeks. The price was reasonable so we agreed and a contract was drawn up. On May 7th I called and was told that we were certainly on the list of work to complete and would be called when they would be available to do the work. They also stated that the spring rains had slowed them down. On May 22nd I called again and was told their bucket truck was broken but would be fixed soon. I call again on July 24th and never got a return call. I called again in November, cancelled the contract and asked for a callback to explain the reason they didn't want the work, again, no response. I would like to know what happened. Next spring I will call someone else and start again. It's not very good business to just leave a customer waiting and not even return phone calls. I would never recommend this company.
