I was told it would take the lady I was speaking to an hour to return back to the building (my drive to the facility was about 45 minutes). I arrive to this facility and called and I kept reaching an automated message, I assumed the line was busy so I proceeded to call back. I kept getting ignored I believed it was my device not allowing the call to go through. I asked a friend to call and she answered his call and said she didn't answer mine because I was "blowing her phone up". Ma'am this is your job, please let customers know that you are not able to do your job before telling them what time to meet at the facility and wasting their time. read more
