We scheduled our appointment via their website and had a quick home consultation where we told him what we would ideally like done. I did a bit of quick math on the mulch and sent me a text shortly after with the rate for the labor and the materials. I found it to be incredibly reasonable so we decided to move forward with the job. They are booked pretty heavily so it took a couple of weeks for our appointment but they showed up and worked efficiently to finish the job neatly and thoroughly. Our garden looks amazing and they did a great job pulling all those pesky weeds in our rock beds that had been causing me grief (and back pain!) over the spring and summer. I'm so happy with how it all looks. I can't stop marveling at our very cute yard now! And my plants seem way happier now that we've got the mulch around them as well. He installed two stairways of huge stone slabs. The cascading locally- mined slabs convey an artistry and aesthetic consideration that is greatly appreciated. The multi-tiered retaining walls have broad natural curves and were built with care. It was a big job. I suspect it took a little longer than Chris expected. He finished up well. Chris and his skilled crew adapted to the changing scope of the project. The add-ons to accommodate the expanding complexity of the project, along with some much needed stump removals on the rest of the property, were done well and were fairly priced. Chris was attentive to our suggestions and needs. Definitely money well spent. He's a good man. He's got integrity and he's good with communication. He's respectful of his crew.
