Royalty Restorations had cutting edge technology to prove to the insurance company that the storm damage happened when I said it then. Unlike some of the other companies, Ash is local and doesn't use high pressure sales tactics. At first, my insurance only wanted to replace a few sections of asphalt tiles, but Ash got them to cover a full replacement. The job was completed in only a few days and my new roof looks awesome. I would definitely recommend.

Their patching job was so bad that I was embarrassed to have other roofers up to see what was done. I had three other roofers assess the roof after Local and each were disgusted by the repairs which still had open seams and water squeezing out. After calling to discuss, they gave a small token discount on the work. I hired another company to start from scratch and do the repairs the right way. They are nice people, and I believe the have some great crews, but when hiring Local Roofing, make sure to get their A team.

They answered every question (and there were many), accommodated every one of my requests (reasonable or not), and did a fantastic job on the roof. Their references were helpful and accurate, the quote was accurate, the team that worked on the project and on the roof was very professional. Responsive and timely as well. As to the other review regarding them being late on the day after a storm: while I was determining which vendors to include in the process I happened to call when some major storms swept through Lake / McHenry / Kane county area. When there is major storm the roofers are overworked and trying to get to as many people as possible in a day. It is not reasonable to expect them to be on time on a day when there has been a big storm.
